Hi, thank you for the informative video! I’m really considering buying a set up and was wondering if a ‘wheel on’ trainer is the best way to go or to spend a bit more on a direct drive? I am a compete beginner in cycling and I’m a bit torn between the two. does the ‘wheel on’ set up mimic the inclines well or am I worrying over nothing?
In my opinion direct drive makes a pretty big difference! Having had a wheel on trainer previously getting a direct drive has made me enjoy training significantly more! The precision of a direct drive and the way it mimics road feel is significantly better! Although it's a lot more expensive I'm glad I made the switch to direct drive! Hope that helps!
Any chance you could wear some clobber while presenting?

If you turbo without a fan, I don't know what you're doing!
🤣🤣🤣🤣
I think some people do! Especially if you're new to cycling and indoor training it's easy not to think about it!
@@joshtriathlontraining I agree with you completely, it was just funny to me how you said it. Keep up the good work, salute!
You should share some of your workouts! Or would love a video walking through how to create effective workouts, on zwift or otherwise!
Thank you! I'll aim to create videos walking everyone through each type of workout and how to make them!
thanks for the good advice x
Hope it was helpful!
