I’m really enjoying it, only concern so far is that a creaky part snuck in after a few hours of use, where my pinky grips the mouse, other than that, it’s awesome
I have read some people fixed thjis by taking it apart and applying small amount of glue on the seams wherte the top and bottom connect but do your own research before trying@@Kaypho
@@datbrokkoli the shipping for this mouse has been a disaster. The earliest consumer received their mouse just a few days ago. They have only shipped 5,000 of the 20,000 in this drop
The first batch was medium size only, the shape is identical to the finalmouse Starlight 12. It’s a little shorter than the Model O (less of a back hump)
Bruh thats a massive upgrade, W for sure
You should use 1600dpi or more to see any benefits of higher pooling rate, or in general since it lowers your input latency
@Broker74 im talking about dpi. + optimums tests are flawed
First how so? Second how so?^^@@josko144
I have a 240hz monitor. So what’s the call? This is my first nice mouse so idk exactly what the stats mean 😅
@@Kaypho use 1600 dpi or more and either 2k or 4kHz pooling rate for the most optimal experience
@@josko144 I’m using 1600/2k and halved my cursor speed in windows
price on it is good imo for what you get, only con is the fuckin 2 years it takes to actually get the mouse
Yeah i know. The hype train was a heavy one so I’m glad people didn’t lose interest
hey kaypho! its me katie, you probably dont remember me but im still supporting you till the day. I love the video! Miss your streams!
This is a huge upgrade for you. I know you'll love the mouse.

@@Kaypho is it noticible? i have a roccat kone pro right now and was thinking of getting an upgrade
i built that youre welcome
just for higher pulling rate mice it needs the higher dpi
You need a wooting and a artisan mousepad/ skypad and youll have the best possible peripherals
I’m actually getting and arti pad for Christmas 😅
The weight is nice but not being able to set a custom DPI kills it
I hope they release a slider or custom setting in the future, maybe even some hot key options for changing it since there’s no DPI switch
nice finally shipping out, got my ordered place within the first 30seconds of release yet i am not in the first batch, crazy.
i ordered a few minutes after drop, just got lucky with an early shipment
Maybe you live somewhere where it will take a bit longer

Amazing upgrade for you hopefully you won the QC lottery ... Still waiting for our international orders to be shipped out
after a few hours of play, there is a little creak that happens where my pinky grips the mouse
@@Kaypho seems like this is a very common issue floating around the net
amazing title
thank you cabbage fork.
@Kaypho grips came with mouse ?
They came with the batch 1 orders because of all the shipping delays. So you won’t get any for free with any future ULX orders.
do double clicks register? is the debounce time low for that
from what i see, they dont
@@Kaypho not optimal for minecraft playing players
@@StrategicCat i hope they make an option for it in the future
@@StrategicCatbruh no one buys a mouse like this for mc
Which size did you choose and how would you compare the shape with the model O ?
I currently own a model O- and not sure which ULX size should fit me.
The first batch was M only so i guess M
The first batch was medium size only, the shape is identical to the finalmouse Starlight 12. It’s a little shorter than the Model O (less of a back hump)
@@Kaypho the large should be more similar to the model o they have almost the same dimensions on their website
I tried the x2v2 mini and it is just a bit short so I guess the ULX M is the correct size. Thank you !
the small size 30g model isn’t out yet? only the medium 50g is no?
This is the medium, it’s 37grams. The small is estimated 29grams but that is likely to change
I heard there will be orders for small in december, I'm guessing its gonna be 32-33 grams
You gonna make a gameplay video with the mouse?
I could, but my gameplay isn’t… great 🫣😅
Congrats on the mice ❤ hope you enjoy it
I’m enjoying it so far, we’ll see after a few weeks though!
Yooooo this is sick 🎉🎉🎉
Is that medium size?? Is it smaller then Model O ? Idk which one to pick Medium or Large I had Model O wireless before and it was great size to me
It is a little smaller than Model O. The smaller size isn’t affecting me at all. But if you’re willing to wait for the Large, go for it
hehe, 'dongle'
What size you have?
The first drop was only the Medium Size. This is the medium
Mouse pad is giving me anxiety hahah vaccum that sucker up
I swear the lighting makes it look worse than it is 😭
