I have been living in Korea for 4 years and just now realise that they have a snack that looks just like the honey puffed wheat cereal my mom used to let me eat for breakfast once in a while, hahahahahah, what!
If you are using vanilla extract and gelatin, subtract 7/8 of a teaspoon out of the milk you already measured and add 1 teaspoon of extract. Use a whole packet of gelatin, not just 2 grams.
I made this and it was super sweet. I didnt even put my plain cereal and the caramel because I tasted the pudding first. I cant imagine having honey toasted cereal and caramel with the already sweet pudding. If I were to make this again, everything would be less sweet.
Rice pudding is actually a turkish dessert, named as "sütlaç". It comes from the word "milk" (süt). All you need to do is boiling the milk with some rice and sugar. Then pour it to the cups, and let set aside. I swear it is so good like that 😘
@@notthespider is not Turkish. Rice pudding exist everywhere. The Greeks call it risogalo, we Spanish call it arroz con leche. Even the Italians have their own version. And so does the japanese, chinese and chinese.

I think you should rename this Agar Milk Pudding coz Gelatin Milk Pudding is a misnomer IMO as it doesn't use gelatin as an ingredient? Also using agar in the name makes it easier to search for those wanting an agar based recipe.
wait but, cornstarch works agar powder is definitely a replacement for gelatin, but who ever said you needed gelatin in a first place to make pudding you just heat up the base with cornstarch until it thickens, pour into your vessel, and chill it comes out almost jellied as if you used gelatin

컵에 바로 굳혀 먹는 푸딩이라서 모양이 단단하게 유지 될 필요는 없지만 약 5g 정도 이상은 넣어야 굳을 것 같아요~~

That would probably work, it'll end up being richer than nust milk and you might need to adjust the amount of agar
