Thank you for the series ! Is there build-in solution to trigger shortcuts on MacOS as IOS, when connect to a Wi-Fi, or in a time of day, or starts every hour ? Thanks
Alec - wow you did it again - I always saw the shortcut icon on my Apple devices, but never took the time to be courteous enough to see what it was or what potential was buried behind this jewel 💎 that was hiding in plain sight Yesterday I used “Genius Scan” to scan a bunch of photos for my wife. They all scanned into one ☝️ Big PDF file with multiple pages embedded - I used Apple Automator functions to write code to break the PDF file into 200 separate, numbered files in a directory I could have just as easily invested my time, using that project to learn how to use Short Cuts coding, with a purpose Well at least I know that shortcut coding apps are on my Apple devices and I can follow your story to learn how not to step into to too many land mines 🙃 Thanks 🙏 and take care G Albert
I'm trying to set up a MacOS automation for when my MB is charging and reaches 100%, so that my smartplug would turn off. I've created a similar automation on my IPhone pretty easily, but haven't had the same luck with my Mac. Is there a way to do this without messing with scripts and all that stuff?
Thank you for this UA-cam series. Very helpful!
You’re welcome Bob! Glad it is useful. 😊
