Je pense qu'il faut suivre les instructions et que les effets ne sont pas immédiats mais Vienne forcément à un moment, car je sais que pendant une semaine après avoir suivi les instructions pour les chapitre il n'y avait toujours rien, donc à part le patiente, je n'ai pas d'autres conseils..
