Hello, random question but did you see or get any pictures/videos of a white/cream stray dog in the port area? We fell in love with one of the strays whilst we were there this week and are currently boarding her at a local vets in Antigua until the local Rescue can help us get her to the UK. I’m just trying to find something online that someone may have from when she was younger.🙂
My wife and I just subscribed to your channel. Your 4K video quality is great. Do you mind me asking if you use a regular camera with 4K or cell phone to record. If phone, what model? Looking foreword to viewing more of your channel. Thank you.
Thank you! We use A GoPro Hero 11, Insta 360 X3, and iPhone 14 Pro to shoot most of our video in the field. We also have a Sony EV - Z10 but that’s usually for the sit down shots.
We generally don't take many things of value with us on shore excursions other than our cruise cards, camera, some money and phones. We take a "dry bag" with us when we go to water locations and can bring that with us into the water and our cameras and phones are in waterproof cases. At the resort we always had our valuables in sight right next to the pool and there really was not anyone else around them.
You can contact Sandals directly to check day pass availability and prices (www.sandals.com/faqs). Alternatively, you can check out a website like this one for cruise passengers looking for day passes: www.resortforaday.com/. There are probably other similar sites as well - we don't endorse any particular site or company so be sure to check it out thoroughly first!
This video is awesome. Thank you! We are visiting Antigua for our honeymoon in November. Was there an easy way such as a link to book a day pass, or did you have to call the resort directly? Thank you in advance for your help.
Congratulations! You can check day pass rates and availability directly on the Sandals website, or you can try one of the sites like www.resortforaday.com. We have never used the latter so we can’t comment on it one way or the other - we went directly through Sandals. Hope this helps!
@@DocksideTravel Just circling back here. Thank you for the tips! Sandals Antigua was not on resort for a day but we booked other day passes through there for our trip so thank you SO much! I did call the sandals number and they said they couldn't connect me and that I had to call the resort directly. This was s bummer because it was an international call not to mention I had tried twice before getting a hold of someone - hoping the hassle will be worth it. Based on your video it sounds like it might be. One more quick question - I did not receive a confirmation # and they did not charge me. They just asked for our names. Does this match your experience?
Great Video - Very informative, Thank you!
Thank you! It’s a great place to visit!

We checked through our footage and didn’t see any dogs around the port that matched your description. Good luck!

Might be a silly question but what did you do with your valuables while you swam?

Hi, how did you get your day pass ? Thanks
You can book a day pass directly through Sandals. There are also websites like "resortforaday" but we haven't tried that yet.
