I love Megaman V. It was the first Megaman game that I finished through my own effort. I really took the time to figure out the weaknesses of all the robot masters, as well as how to get through each level. When I finally finished it, you have no idea how relieved I was.
Why does no one supports Storm Tornado? It's such a great weapon that kills everything pretty much in one kill. It makes half the Megaman X game a complete joke.

A synonym for sword is saber, correct? Just because something is a person's signature powerup doesn't mean that that powerup isn't a powerup. If you think it is a weapon because it is a saber, than the fact that sword is a synonym for saber and that the flame sword was on the list should deter you. I want more detail in your next rebuttal.

You do realize that you can legitimately get the Ultimate Armor in X5 without using cheats right? I don't remember if it lets you spam the Nova Strike, but you can get it legitimately.
Gotta love atomic fire. It allows you to charge up the buster in mega man 2. That is new considering the normal buster became chargeable 2 games after.
I really only ever played Mega Man X4, and the only time I ever saw anyone get sufficiently far in that game was when someone used the Ultimate Armor (which they had referred to as Shadow Mega Man). Saying this setup breaks the game is an understatement: he managed to blow through the entire select screen of bosses without losing a life, and the guy was in no way a Mega Man expert.
Need to include Z-Saber from X3 for X. One of the single most overpowered weapon out there. AND it COULD be plot-related (as acquiring it would change the ending slightly, making Dr. Doppler look even better.) Oh, and the charged Ice Shotgun comes in the shape of Chill Penguin. That by itself is pretty awesome too.
4:34 - UGH! I hate "gravity levels" (ones that you can run on ceiling and the floor)....pretty rare, but when they appear, they are worse than water levels!

Where does megaman x leaves his power armors between gamen. He got one in mmx why not use it for the story in x2. From a perspective from X it doenst make sense why his doenst used his X11 armor in x2
In the story he abandons them because he's afraid of being corrupted by power. Which makes sense considering originally that's exactly what was supposed to happen to him in Megaman Zero if Capcom hadn't screwed around and continued the X series after X5 against Keiji Inafune's wishes. There was never supposed to be a Copy X.

Great list. While I like the Shield Boomerang a lot, my favorite Zero series weapon is the Chain Rod from Zero 2. One of the developers of that game was clearly a fan of Bionic Commando. It's just so much fun to use. And yeah, the Ultimate Armor and Z Saber are awesome.

Technically, the Hadouken became official in X's arsenal of techniques since NamcoXCapcom's Project X-Zone. The hadouken is one of X's ultimate attacks besides nova (ultimate) armor.
Dude, I love the shield boomerang. Technically the Z-saber IS a power-up in Megaman X3, through convoluted methods, but hey, Z-saber. Personally, I really like the power you get from Flame Mammoth, I just really like the flamethrower.
What no helmet upgrade from X4? Or the black armor for zero from X5? Or the golden armor from X3? Or the double jump and homing laser from X4? Or not even the ride armor parts? Wow you missed out on quite alot of powerups

A note about the Ultimate Armor, in X5 it is possible to get it without a code. I think it's Sigma Stage 3 (or whichever is the one where X vs. Zero happens)...if you go into it *unarmored* there's a pit you can slide down to a corridor with a lone capsule,this is where the Ultimate Armor is.

Yeah I think beating Vile with the Ray Splasher is one of those tasks.
Lildrome Punch you also get the Z-Saber in Megaman Zero 1 during the fight with the golem. you don't start with it, so it's a power up

Yeah it's infinite. To get it you must enter the 3rd Wily stage with regular Megaman (no armor) and slide down a secret hole to get it.

in x5 if you go to the zero battle stage with no armor one of the pits has a wall you can go through to get the ultimate armor

Big fish, Sniper armour and Springer is immune to metal blades but weak to quick boomerang.

Not only can the Z Saber be acquired in X3 by X, but you also get it at the beginning of X6, so... it counts and #6 is completely valid.

Number 5 is the boss fight i remenber the most in the series, yes it is bloody fun an epic. And, yes, i totally agree with number 1 is the power up i remenber the most.
