Finasteride 1mg tablet blocks the 5-alpha reductase enzyme, the enzyme converts the Testosterone to DHT which is the prime reason for hair loss.
So Finasteride 1mg tablet with Minoxidil 5% (in tablet form or in spray form ) is a must to maintain the hair transplant results
ye this guy Is lucky because he has a lot of donor hair others had to stop further hair loss with finasterid or their ht would look like shit

3 hair transplant means there was something wrong with Pakistan hair transplant centre, may be medication and care because 1 good transplant is enough for a good hair

Sorry to tell you that your hair will fall again due to the high resistance of DHT you need to consume Finasteride permanently
After hair transplant were you one Minoxidil and Finastride brother?
Something dies not add up here, theres only limited grafts. And you had three hairtranplant and they thinned out. But thired transplant gave you a 18 years hair line and fullness.

you didnt have a third transplant you just grow your hair and pull it back and if you use finastride or dutastride you could keep your hair after 1 and 2 transplant this is a commerial for the hair transplant clinic

I have hair thinning on crown area and prp and biotin isnt helping much, but its stopped to fall but no big difference.

Finasteride 1mg per day. Do that for 2-years, then consider a transplant.

Amir Bhai I m from Dhaka, Bangladesh i did my hair transplant last July 2019 in Dhaka renown clinic and result was good. Last one yr istop visited doctor and as the same I neither took medicine. After that i faced the gaps starting what wud u suggest goes for another transplant.

Very cool video...I had my first hair transplant here in Massachusetts in 2021...first 9 months was great but after that I noticed my hair falling...not the transplant but around....doctor said was normal,cuz my generic, wich make sense,so I went back last month, November and did my second one .has been almost a month, I know the results usually cones after 6 months....I'm very excited and same time very nervous...I really don't want to do 3 time...just hope I got a good result🙏🙏

But the sad truth is, its damn sure that you will start to loose your hair. Because you have male pattern baldness (androgenic alopecia). So all you wanna fo is just take finasteride 1mg & minoxidil.
So what i assume you are trying to say Pakistan has less better Dr or procedures or perhaps after care lol i don’t understand that what different they do in Turkey as you only mention they have better aftercare and they were throughly in touch with you i doubt those two mentioned helped growing your hair so im very confused considering myself a FUE your video only made my decision more questionable !

Firstly, the transplanted hair don't fall, secondly you can't have second and third hair transplant in such a short time, thirdly, there are limited grafts at the back of head and three hair transplants are not possible.
