    I'm accessing social media through browser, it helped me stop scrolling for straight 1hr. Now my brain feels more active.

    I have a question, how do you stop yourself from doom scrolling and actually being productive, people say "just do it" but i feel like there could be some psychological tips

      That's a good question, my friend. To be honest, there is not an exact method that would just randomly stop you from opening the phone and scrolling. You have probably built addiction over time. And it gonna take time to get rid of it, but generally speaking, try to leave your phone in another room or set a limit on the app.. and most importantly, fill the time with something new because u gonna end up with all the time you used to spend scrolling, so fill that time with something new, better and you should be good to go!       Delete the app, make it invisible, start your day off right the moment you wake up so you win the day, this is based off my own experience which has worked
