- Crazy day of spearfishing walleye! The water is crystal clear and the walleyes were plentiful! Nothing like fishing for walleye.

I think it is pretty sweet that you can spearfish all these species in Saskatchewan. I'd love to try this out sometime. Looks fun. Must be spring to get that clear water.

Just finished the video. As a saskatchewan man who just recently picked up freediving, I must say, I never realized how pretty some of our lakes are underwater. This is gorgeous, I never expected such a vibrant blue from freshwater in sk. Even more fascinating to see familiar fish being speared when you are used to watching ocean spearfishing. Very inspiring, can't wait for the snow to melt, hopefully I find someone to go with by then

I use a pole spear 8ft! And Tyler uses a 160cm ish
@@tytanventures how do they compare and why do you personally opt for the pole?
Speargun is easier and can shoot further, I like the pole because it’s more challenging like shooting a bow. There are different classes for world records as well.
