Just got back from a week in the Boothbay area 🤙. Going to retire to Maine in one year...and this and other wildlife make Maine what it is and the ocean spray is a nice touch! 🌊🙂☮️
Wow, thanks for this one! I am trying to learn the rare calidris shorebirds that can show up in Sweden. This was basically a great guide to almost all of the hard ones. I am so greatful
Thanks for another great video, I've been out looking for shorebirds a lot now that migration is starting to pick up. I'm keeping my eyes open for a western sandpiper, that will be a life bird for me!
For someone who just cant figure this out (in Texas) it would help to cover one species slowly and fully and then compare at the end because I get lost quick on shire birds and gulls.
Thanks. This one is a little newer, but it may still be too fast paced. ua-cam.com/video/JWibfx5Gugw/v-deo.html One key thing to remember: no matter where you are, most of the birds on the beach are just a few species. Then you look for the ones that AREN'T them.

Great tips!👍 We get all of them here in Florida too. Thank you for an excellent video. 😊
Really great video Bob! I'm trying to pick up my sandpiper game!
Excellent video, succinct and informative. Thanks!
Great video. We get alot of same sandpipers here in Nova Scotia.
