    I did the lion diet eating beef only for 2 months straight plus another month eating more variety of meats like pork and chicken adding some pickles to my meals from time to time.
    I suffer from fibromyalgia stage 4, was bed ridden for almost 8 years and after only 2 weeks into the lion diet all the fibromyalgia symptoms stopped. From brain fog and horrible headaches, joint and muscle pain, restless legs, inflammation, blurry vision, chronic fatigue etc. everything went away.
    I agree with cutting all sugar and grains but not beef and lamb. These two heal the gut.
    When people experience inflammation from meat, it is because their gut is damaged and are allergic to foods high in histamine. Smoked, cured and dry aged meats, minced meat are high in histamine.
    I'm also allergic to foods high in histamine, I tried them and my body reacts to them but I am totally fine with big cuts of meat including steaks.

      The Lion diet is amazing, and you're living proof! It's an elite level inflammation-busting plan for sure. In the video I definitely recommend grass-fed beef (and any ruminant animal for that matter) as one of the staples to help lower inflammation! The grains, sugar, alcohol, non-organic fruits and veggies full of pesticides and anything processed has to go! Carnivore and Lion diets are by far the fastest way to heal when you've been sick from toxic exposures for years!

    I love your explanations and I changed my nutrition food pattern for years, since my Fibromyalgia was diagnosed 14years ago, bu5 I ran to doctor's and they all denied the idea of suffering by Fibromyalgia. Stress made me most of the time to take care of my low budget, I think I just cook similarly to common times years ago right?
    Thanks for your being🙏💝❤️Blessings 🙌for all who suffer of this painful disease. Even meditation helps to cope with pains.

      Thanks for the comment! Sounds like you’re doing a lot of the right things. Try finding a great Chiropractor in your area who is trained in cervical spine correction and can put you through an intensive phase to help calm your central nervous system.     Thx for these priorities. Make sense and apart of discipline , at a certain point, between soda, hamburger expensive pills and pain..or putting the money saved on pops and medic to better food and no pain....the choice is an evidence.

    Grass is filled with roundup. Grass seed is gmo. So grassfed meat is also out.

      There's an argument that it's already been processed by the animal, so it's less of a concern

    try decaf coffees and teas.......when i drink regular coffee my pain level is through the roof......also look for caffeine in pop.

    i have fibro i put sugar in all my tea and coca cola ....my gut digestive system is horrible had enscopamy waiting for another test at hospital i get severe idopathic hives brain fog

      Yes, it's difficult to avoid pesticide laden grains since most of the foods 🍔🍕🌮we love are made with them! But the research on pesticides ☣is one of many reasons to avoid these as much as possible, so at the very least switch to organic grains whenever possible!       I’m celiac and don’t eat wheat barley rye, I haven’t eaten these foods for years. I was diagnosed last year with fibromyalgia, although I’ve had it undiagnosed for a number of years. 🤷🏼‍♀️ I’m taking on board what’s being said here. I thought sugar was bad, I have been eating GF food for years, however many of these foods are full of sugar, it helps to hold the product together. From today I’ll only eat good quality whole foods. Thank you, I found this very helpful, good luck to all out there with fibromyalgia, it’s a horrible disease.
