I have a blacked out 2022 Ram dually and Carli is the only way to go! So happy with results of Pin Top leveling kit with 35s. Best look is not to use dually front, go with super single!
I have a 2022 3500 megacab dually in delmonico red night edition air ride, running the entire thuren kit that cjc sells, with all the baja designs lights. The foglight bezel is an actual Mopar part. Running 35 12.5 toyos and put the s&b 52 gallon tank and intake on it. Cjc is the best

That's higher than what they should be at per the load inflation table! This customer ran high 20s most of the time empty in the rear due to how little weight each rear tire sees when empty and low 40s up front. Loaded you go up to the traditional max inflation pressure for the tire. In this case that's 3,500 pounds max weight per tire at 50 psi. Anything over that is unsafe on this particular tire. Specs vary from tire to tire, so you always want to consult the load inflation table for what you have.
We need some more older trucks to build! What you see here is basically a cross section of the trucks that come to us for install! We just hand pick the most interesting ones for videos.
Be interesting to see what MPG he gets with the 37s. I’m guessing 14MPG as if he was towing a trailer but with out the trailer. I want a truck like this but with a Branford Built step side flat bed.
I love my CJC Off Road supplied Fog lights (Squadron Sport) and Reverse (S2) Baja Design light kits I ordered for my 2021 Ram 2500. I installed with ease, with results like a clean OEM install. With kits and up fitter package in Snow Chief group, so easy to wire again with same quality similar to an OEM install. Kits are awesome and CJC has done the hard work of matching the kits for DYI upgraders like me.... I will be ordering more kits soon...it's a work in progress. I wonder what air-ride suspension I could do to make my Ram 2500 drive smoother but not to diminish load or towing capacity? I have it set up for plowing so when snow is forecasted, I install plow and add weight/ballast behind the rear wheels. It rides pretty smooth then...LOL but I take plow and ballast off as soon as my drive ways are cleared until the next storm.

I did notice from dealer that my tire pressures were high in mid to upper 70's psi...I will lower to 60 and 65 as stated tomorrow... that may soften ride a little...nice ride with snow plow and ballast in rear....LOL
Very nice! Did you have to adjust the trucks computer for tire size? If so, how did you do it? I have a gas truck 6.4 Hemi, and i am scared to put 37s because it will throw off the shift points, etc....I cannot find an AEV ProCal Snap anywhere right now and the dealer said that they can only get me set up with a 34 inch tire....I called around and found nothing. Can you point me in the right direction? Thank You!
We use the SNAP! They’ll be back in stock in January. You can also use a program called Alpha OBD. Your truck is smart and doesn’t have an issue with shift points even if the speedo is off. Shifts are more determined by line pressure in the trans and RPM than speed.
Did you guys have to use spacers in the front aswell, or just the rear for the Dually wheels? I'm doing a similar setup on my 22 Mega cab dually but with Nitto Trail grappler 38s.

How do you keep it from bouncing so much in the rear? I think mine is triggering itself to add to much air in the airbag which might be causing it to bounce. Is that something that can be adjusted?

These tires are rated for 3,500 per tire at 50 psi, so we go to 50 psi when loaded. Anything more is unsafe. This particular tire can actually be run at about 42 front and 32 or 28 rear on a dually and be perfectly within the recommended load inflation table specs.
Carli uses specific shocks for the air assist 3500 trucks to account for the higher spring rate and different travel length from the normal 3500. They do not use different shocks between dually and single rear wheel trucks because it didn’t impact valving enough to require two different rear part numbers in their testing.
I had ride grapplers in 35s on my last 3500 SRW that were F rated 12ply have since gotten into a 2021 3500 SRW and am undecided on what tire to go with this time
This particular tire has a 3,500 pound capacity, meaning the rear could take a 14,000 pound payload. That’s enough to literally break the frame of the truck, so even though these tires have a D letter, they’re more than suited to tow the customer’s trailer which only has about a 2,600 pound tongue weight when fully loaded!
Just set a 2022 ford 450 with basically the same set up truck rides good but other than that thats it ford dropped the ball all the way around smh shits crazy
I do not for one second believe that this truck with a 6 speed transmission would tow the travel trailer even .75 as well as a GMC Denali with a 10 speed. The 10 speed has smaller shift increments and stays in the power band much better than the Cummins 6 speed.

He didn’t have to do anything! This exact truck has a 58” bed rail height which works perfectly with the customer’s trailer.

The tire size doesn't alter capacity in any way! This is a 4.10 truck so it's perfectly happy on 37s!

Air suspension actually isn't ideal for ride quality, but we've got plenty of systems to help with ride on your coil sprung truck!

If you still have factory tires you can't go much lower, but if you go with an aftermarket all terrain etc you can drop substantially!

That's the stock wheels which are just shy of 7" wide. This setup would be exactly what you're after though!

With a proper install and tire pressure, the rear shouldn't bounce at all!

If you have a factory air 3500, this is the best system on the market! You don't need to install 37s with it!

Just a very slight hum with these tires. If you want silent, go with the all terrain offerings from Nitto and Toyo!
What do you guys do in the rear for tire balance. I have beeds in my 35s on my dually and at 50 to 60kph it hops in the back. Super annoying
We use beads and have never had an issue! You may want to check your spacers or bead weight to dial things in further.

What made him go with the Toto rt load range E over say a ridge grappler that are load range F especially since he’s using the truck as intended tow?
They are a D rated tire. Don’t believe there is an E in the 37” RT. I have the same tire on my 3500 single rear wheel.

The max pressure on the sidewall which is what we recommend for towing with any tire! That pressure will be the tire’s max load spec.
