As already mentioned there is a lot of variety in tutorials and viewers on UA-cam have the luxury of modifying tutorials to their own needs, styles, colors which can be fun in its own right. Admittedly, at 67, I absolutely appreciate Lisa J’s tutorials as they perfectly fit my sensibilities, however I do enjoy learning and playing from tutorials that are seemingly outside my box.

I'm the same way with fragrances. I have a few signature scents. I also purchase the largest size because it is the best value, but then it takes me forever to go through it. My daughters usually borrow my scents. I think it's also worth noting that you can return a fragrance if you don't like, which I really like since I live an hour away.

I love that Patrick Ta blush. I prefer to use it the way he recommends - using the powder first, then at the end top with the cream. I think that's why the powder is much more pigmented; the cream is meant to just add a glow.

Shut up! I love Juliet has a gun! It’s the only fragrance that I can wear without getting an allergic reaction. The scent is very pleasing but doesn’t last all day but that’s ok I just carry the travel size in my purse and reapply. Love it!

Oh my goodness! I love the Juliette Has a Gun fragrances!! My newest obsession by them is called Lust for Sun, and I can’t stop sniffing myself!! (Makes for some awkward moments at work, but hey! They generally end up sniffing, too 😂). Moscow Mule is another fave, in addition to the Not a Perfume, and one called Mmmmmmm. I get the travel sizes first, and if I still like it after wearing it for 2-3 weeks, then I’ll usually buy the full size. Your look today is really lovely, and that cheek color is perfect on you! No.1: I love the makeup look 💕✨ No. 2: I always love how UA-camrs floof off their powder/blush brushes.. tap, tap, tappity tap, and a ton of it goes flying off into the atmosphere like there’s no tomorrow. My experience is that is it lands on the ensuite floor tiles and I’ve been known to walk pretty pink toe prints all over the carpet! 😫

I really wanted to love Armani foundation, but it did not work for me. It looked so cakey, and it cracked in certain areas with a little scaly looking in other areas. I tried it several times and different ways, but this was just not one for me, I guess. End up giving it away. I do want to mention how much I love BK beauty brushes. I swear, they were a life changer for me. It is all I use. Now I cannot stop using them and left my other daily brushes. BK is the way to flawless beauty wear.

I think you look the same in most of your videos. I just don’t see much difference in your make up. I’m not sure if you start completely without makeup but if it is your natural face- it is pretty perfect without makeup up so you have an easy canvas to start with. Many maturing women have puffy bags or dark circles, lines and wrinkles and pigment changes. I don’t see any of that on your natural face (not sure if that’s the result of cosmetic or surgical procedures) I think when it comes to make up, most maturing women struggle with the problems I mentioned (I do) and wear make up to camouflage those issues . If I don’t see before and after make up application for those problems- it doesn’t seem realistic to me.
I understand what you’re saying.. There are some great people on UA-cam for what you’re looking for. Not everyone wears makeup to camouflage imperfections and said imperfections are also objective . Most of her tips and tricks can be used by everyone
Most of these women who make videos like this don't even need concealer😂😂😂😂😂they don't need it, put a ton on and it still looks nice which isn't normal. Lights, filters and money makes the difference.
She wears a sunscreen that is tinted, so normally that step evens out her skin. Also, with some concealer and powder the Alastin sunscreen can be used as foundation. To me the fact that there is not a huge difference in the before and after is a good thing. I like makeup that looks more natural and that is what Lisa's videos give. Also once you find a makeup style that complements your face and works for you, I am not sure why you would apply it in a way you know does not compliment you.

Those Armani Eye Tints ARE very good, but I think you'll like the Suquu Liquid Luster Eyes even more.
