The truth is, the situation with this reaction remains a mystery, because today, a month after the song was released, reactions to "Woke Up" are still being uploaded to UA-cam without any consequences, although thinking about it it is not so much a mystery, Since this reaction was carried out in a live stream for about four hours receiving donations and tips and that could be perceived as the creator receiving economic benefit from the MV, so I believe that is where the strike came from.
I watched that livestream as well and was worried that you might get blocked. XGALX generally leaves reactors alone as they want XG content to being introduced to as many people as possible. I don't see many companies telling fans to come to their concerts and record video and sound and post it to social media. It’s 100% the live stream where he gets donations that causes the flag. There are a lot of other reactions posted but they aren’t receiving donations for their posts on YT. If streaming and receiving donations, posting on Patreon will avoid that or editing out the donation portions for YT will avoid the flags.

UA-cam has algorithms that can find uploaded copyright content, and take it down based on the copyright holders contract. If the record company that created XG can't make money, there is no XG. Other reactors don't live stream, they edit and post. In copyright laws there are performing rights and publishing rights, with other limitations, like exclusive distribution agreements based on Country or Region. I like this reactors love for XG, but he is walking a thin line on this issue it seems. Part of the reason XG decided to be based out of Korea is because their IP, CopyRight, and Broadcast laws are less restrictive in global distribution than in Japan, that is why Jpop didn’t grow internationally despite being big in Japan and a bigger music market than Korea, where K-pop did because Korea wanted to do soft Korean cultural exports because it helps pull through demand for manufactured Chaebol products from the likes of Samsung, LG, Hyundai, etc. I know someone who won a Grammy in the World music category, but she made no money off of it, because writhin 24 hours 0f winning the Grammy, it was pirated and spread around the world over the internet, and she did not have the resources or large agency behind her to pursue all the IP thefts internationally, legally.
