Do you think Riftmaker will be viable in any build besides Tankmo? What an interesting item
I think it could be viable in a Speedmo build, where you build movement speed items and runes to make fights last as long as possible for maximum value.
I used it on Maokai and it did just fine.

The runes they use are:
-(RESOLVE) Grasp of the Undying: Demolish, Conditioning and Overgrowth
-(PRECISION) Presence of Mind and Legend: Alacrity.

I do not understand the logic behind nerfing Teemo's Q when the OP part is his R with new items.
@@User556q Before the nerf to the new items? The play was to take items like stormsurge, malignance, liandries, etc. The burn from the shrooms was/is insane. That's why I'm confused why they would bother nerfing his Q so hard. They're going to nerf the new items super hard and then forget to revert any of the champ nerfs they did to him, I feel it coming.
@@User556q Shrooms can easily do 35% dmg on their own once you get some items, but I would assume that if you Q+AA them right after they walk into a shroom that would be the fastest way to proc stormesurge. That item had the highest WR for teemo last time I checked.

This legit was a garbage balance change by rito. The problem isn't teemo, its the stupid ass items they added.
man they let stupid champ being OP for years, they decide do nerf teemo 1week after their new patch while every other mage are absolutely insane but nah, dont nerf he items go for teemo wtf
