They need to increase his range! Every one out ranges Teemo.
Thats why he has a blind, the shrooms, a speed increase on his W, and he goes invisible. You're not supposed to just run at the enemy like a Caitlin. You ambush them and delete them before they can react.
Give his Q a range with level up just like they did with his ult make it match Cait Q range and trist AA range

@@coolbrotherf127 accept his shrooms and passive cant be used proactively. cait can use her w in the middle of the fight. shaco can use his stealth to get into and out of fights. teemo has to pray you walk by him and hit ashroom and pray that hes strong enough to burst u before you syndra r him and delete him. its not great design for the way the game is currrently. he needs to be modernized. not 200 years but a solid update that really makes him usable.

so the difference between multiplicative and additive is as below (examples below have 100 base stat and 2x 20% increases to that base stat):
1) multiplicative means you multiply the base by the % increases you are getting each time: 100 base x 120%(20% increase) x 120%(another 20% increase) = 144 total
2) additive means you multiply the base by % increases as a total: 100 base x 140% (20% increase + another 20% increase) = 140 total
TLDR multiplicative is better because it nets higher stats

At the end, the ezreal and the alistar were moving up and down at the same time over and over. Definately bots.

Honestly, in some games I would take 4 of these bots instead of 4 random teammates; somehow they feed less, and at least they won't surrender 4/1 at min 15.
