- Due to a train having its emergency brakes pulled near Jay Street this 8 car set of R179's from Pitkin Yard running on the (C) this is a RARE sight as the R179 doesn't run on the (F) or (G) as Jamaica and Ave X yards DONT have them the R179's have not ran on the (F) ever since 2017 as it was making simulated stops on the (C) and (F) lines in the video DJ Hammers made. Enjoy this RARE sight.
Indeed this is a rare sight! I wished they would’ve used the (C) to Church Ave program instead of changing it to a (F) Train. Would’ve made it even more rare, but still a very rare catch on the (F) line 👍🏼🔥🔥

That 8-car R179 is actually from 207th Street Yard, NOT Pitkin Yard.
