  • Here is a presentation that Ryan Carter, one of our "super users", did for us at our company event today. It is so rewarding to hear our users describe, in their own words, how our products change their lives and the lives of the people around them.
Being able to order pizza yourself, to hang out with friends, to let mum go to work without having to worry about you… the things that many of us take for granted are made possible for individuals with disabilities with the help of our devices.
Knowing that we help individuals like Ryan - and his family - live richer and more independent lives is what drives us at Tobii Dynavox.

Love it, it’s really important that everybody has a voice, even if it’s through using an AAC device to talk with. Then people know what you need and want to say.

Ryan, I hope you see this someday. I was thrilled to find this video! You see, back in 2014, I reached out to you, and was so blessed by your email response. You gave me so much hope and encouragement. Because of you, I worked to get my nephew a Tobii :) Six years later, it's still a treasure, and so are you! I never forgot your kindness and inspiration. I knew God had made you very special. I hope someday you create your own youtube channel. I know you would be great! You have a lot to share, and we have a lot we can learn from you. May the Lord bless and guide you on your journey.

Wow!! Amazing! Exactly! The ability to communicate in stories, conversations, and express your thoughts beyond hard fought for word at a time or simple sentence, and not have to sit there silently, while your mind has millions of words to say. Utterly beautiful!

WTG Mr. Ryan!! My granddaughter, Riley, is 10 & non-verbal due to Rett Syndrome. We've recently acquired a Tobii for her. I can't describe how excited I am that she's beginning to COMMUNICATE with us!! Thank you for sharing your story. It is truly inspiring. And THANK YOU Tobii Dynavox for opening the doors for communication & independence for those in need.

Ryan, thank you so much for your story. My daughter has not been able to communicate for 10 years now and have tried the prior Dynavox models without success. Fact is, it's hard for her to calibrate since her eyes can't move too far. Does this new Dynavox help people who have issues with eye movement?

Hi Karen, thanks for your message. We're sorry to hear that your daughter hasn't had success with our devices so far. We would recommend getting in touch with your local Sales Representative to find out if you could set up a demo. In some cases, it might not work, in many cases it does work, but this is dependent on many factors. We always suggest doing a product demo in order to find out if the product is the right fit or not. Did you set up a demo to test our most current devices? Technology is still developing!

depends on which state you live in. For example, If you live in USA, Texas , we have a state funded program called STAP which provides 1 communication device every 5 years for free from patients with ALS
