When I saw the steely Dan shirt I was thinking hell yeah that's a great pull man, love their music wish I could see them live one day but the tickets are bonkers expensive usually. Great snag for you though Ben. Also the shirt with the cartoonist face on it is teddy Roosevelt, if you look on his hat it has the initials T.R. and the glasses have the reflection of some park nature area because he founded the national park system in the united states. My wife saw that in the video and loves the shirt, if you put it up on a whatnot auction we would definitely try to snag it. :-)
Some just don't get them though.... I'm one. Obviously talented and devoted musicians but on multiple occasions I have heard some random song of theirs, instantly disliked it, and only realized afterwards that it was a Dan track.
I did enjoy the mystery bags...it's always fun to see what's hidden in those. thanks for sharing all your knowledge and experience. I love the surprises of it all
Great to see you back in action brother. I saw on ig that you were taking some personal time away for a bit. Hope all is well man, keep being a light in this world, it’s a better place with people like you!
Check the comp from the Hang 10 Hawaii, if it's vintage it has some value especially with that colorway. I sold one and did pretty good and yours is a better looking one. It surprises me sometimes what will sell, if it's vintage tee it's worth listing. Yes do more mystery bags that was fun! Xoxo Lori K 👌 😃 😊 🙂 😀 😄 😁
Awesome Ben!!! Donate the kids shirts back to them, and while there, pick up a few more grab bags. I love surprises and from your reaction, you do too.
I enjoy watching your shopping at different thrift stores, garage sales, estate sales and bin sales. The tshirts have great design. Mystery bags quite interesting but abit risk 🤔 . Just do it. 🤑👍💃
I was certain that was a bulls shirt, then doubted myself when you showed the kiss shirt and wondered if my eyes just played tricks on me. Great pull! Would be interested in seeing more mystery bags!
Yes, the mystery bags are kind of like buying scratch off tickets; you never know. You had some payouts! My favorite find was the RL black and white aztec print sweater. TFS!
"...drink your big black cow, and get outta here ! " - My first job as a dishwasher was in a TINY kitchen at what we called in the mid- later '70s a "fern bar" just N. of SF, - they played the cassette of Steely Dan CONSTANT
Love your channel. If you are ever in Knoxville or Chattanooga, you have to go to McKay Book Store. It's amazing for resellers. Video games, board games, Dvds, toys, and more. It's huge
I know there are some resellers that specialize in selling lotted up kids clothes. If they are close in size, you might have a couple $10 lots. Kids grow out of clothes fast so parents look for thrifty ways to supply the next growth spurt.
Those was pretty sick bags TBH. Luck maybe??? I might try a couple of those myself. I am local to you and know almost every store you shop at. Thanks again for the content. I vote for more bags, and may get some myself knowing that there are some decent things to possibly find.
Love your videos Ben! You have been a true inspiration. Definitely love mystery bag sometimes You find that gem! Can't wait to see your next what not live.
Great find Ben! I had a question on the mystery bags as when our local thrift store sells them they are cut before putting in the bag and sold as rags. I was looking at a bag once, and just like you could see one that seemed like it might be a concert or vintage tee; and to my surprise they were all ripped down the center. I bought another a few months later just to see, and they were all also cut and ruined. Seems odd don't know if anyone else has run across this or not?
@@ReadySetResell Thanks Ben! Yep seems like a waste, bummer. I am just north of Cinci and this one was in Fairfield so I wasn't sure if you had ran into this before. Maybe they do it for a reason though not sure. Keep up the great work!
Oh come on Ben……..Steely Dan!?! Study up on those 70’s classic rock bands!! There’s a ton of money out here from us “older” rockers for memories like Steely Dan concerts!!! Btw-The “This Guy” shirt, I’m pretty sure was Theodore Roosevelt.
"This guy" is Teddy Roosevelt. Leader of the Rough Riders, Creator of the National Parks system and oh yea former President of the United States of America.
Thank you. I came to see if anyone was going to point this out. I was starting to worry that no one recognized an actual President of the United States.
That Bulls Rap style tee 👀 🔥 just paid for whatever you spent in that store plus lunch and about 5 bucks on ⛽..🤣🤣🤣🤣 no but that was a great score 👌🏽👍🏾😎🙌🏽 thanks for sharing
Was that a Habitat Restore next to the first Goodwill? You might want to check it out. I found some toner ink for $12 that I flipped for $140. They have more than building materials.
Ben, I pulled a Bulls NBA OFFICIAL sticker hologram still on it double 3 peat black just like yours! I thought you had pulled the same shirt!! I believe it sells for $150!! It’s never been worn and I’ve been wondering do I actually charge the $150 because there’s only 1 out there that I could find for sale. Thoughts??
I just sold one of the Gargoyle figures for $25. I was surprised. FYI, That guy is Teddy Roosevelt. I think that shirt is put out by Wild Tribute, part of the profits go to the National Park System I believe.
Would you like to see more mystery boxes?
Buy em all baybee!
Yes, definitely!
Love un boxings or un bagging!
I'm officially old. Please listen to a little Steely Dan.
Blessings youngun.
Buy the bags, but don't open them until a whatnot auction?
Buy em all.
Wow, you made me feel so old when you said you didn’t know who Steely Dan is! LOL! Of course, I am. 😂
😅 if it makes you feel better I don’t know who a lot of current artists are either 🙃
me too!
Try some Steely Dan and let us know what you think.
Me too !!

Steely Dan is a rock band that started in 1971. They are good! Check out their music LOL! 😁
Actually I got curious while looking up that shirt and gave them a listen. 👍
@@ReadySetResell good for you! Gaucho is their most famous album - and a really good one too. Give that a listen 🙂
@@pinkerbot cool I’ll check it out 😎

The songs Do it again and Dirty work are good. They fit the times of the 70’s.

Steely Dan 70s rock group. And that mystery man from the first bag is President Teddy Roosevelt!! Those are good finds.
Awesome Ben!!! Donate the kids shirts back to them, and while there, pick up a few more grab bags. I love surprises and from your reaction, you do too.

Good eye on the shirt bags. The first random guy looks like Teddy Rooosevelt.
True. You might be right on that one.
I believe it is the Teddy Roosevelt boyscout tee. As a lot those boy Scouts of America tees do sell on Mercari
Studio Ghibli ROCKS! You are right!
Yay, happy to see you got some good scores from the grab bags! Definitely try them again...why not, it's fun!!!
I was certain that was a bulls shirt, then doubted myself when you showed the kiss shirt and wondered if my eyes just played tricks on me. Great pull! Would be interested in seeing more mystery bags!

Yes more mystery bags! Great video
I love the music quite tee! My hubby loves those kinda shirts!

I liked seeing the mystery bags.
Yes to mystery bags!
I know there are some resellers that specialize in selling lotted up kids clothes. If they are close in size, you might have a couple $10 lots. Kids grow out of clothes fast so parents look for thrifty ways to supply the next growth spurt.
I liked the bags! But I'm sad you didn't get the Studio Ghibli shirt! That probably would have been a good one for Whatnot.
That Steely Dan shirt is awesome.

Hope you enjoy the city 👍👍
Definitely more mystery bags!
More bags would be cool, I enjoyed that!
AWESOME!! You're Super. GOD Bless You.
Yes mystery bags
The “dude" with the glasses on that shirt from the first bag was Teddy Roosevelt, I think.
I liked the two “guys’ faces” shirts too. Haha
I Really Enjoyed This Style Video.
@10:30 when you said you didn't know who this guy was I screamed TEDDY ROOSEVELT
Your face said it all. I’m super happy for you; awesome find!!!!
Thank you!
Good finds, super gems 💎. You always find nice stuff. Want to see more of this type of things.
Cool. I had fun with the bags. So I think I’ll pick up more next time I’m there 👍
That first “dude” in the first bag? That was Teddy Roosevelt… our 26th President?!
😂😂😂
Keep it and resell it.. sells for about $20
As a Fellow UA-camr / Reseller, I really love your content!
Yes you need to go buy more
I love mystery bags. I wish the thrift stores here sold them, but they don’t.

I’ve never had that happen. Seems like a waste for them to do that. That’s unfortunate. Makes you wonder how many great shirts they have cut up.
@@ReadySetResell Thanks Ben! Yep seems like a waste, bummer. I am just north of Cinci and this one was in Fairfield so I wasn't sure if you had ran into this before. Maybe they do it for a reason though not sure. Keep up the great work!
I've heard of those there specifically for mechanics or intended.... super sad tho cuz I'm sure some gems got cut
"Rag bags"
It was like playing the slot machines! Never know what you will get if anything. That's what makes it fun and exciting!
Not normally a slots fan but I guess I found some I enjoy lol
man that was fun! Love mystery bags. you easily made at least 10 x's your money back on that.
Thanks Ben... Do some more bags....at only 5 bucks it worth it🕺🕺🕺
When you said you didn't know who Steely Dan was I felt 100 years old : (
The t's can be donated to a homelss shelter in your area.

Ben you may have inspired me to buy some of those t shirt bags I pass by all the time!
Haha I couldn’t tell you how many times I walked right but them. Hope you end up pulling some decent stuff if you buy them 🤞
"I don't know who Steely Dan is". - Blasphemy
😅😆 I have a feeling I’m gonna get a lot of people commenting this haha
@@ReadySetResell By the way, that looked like Teddy Roosevelt on that one tee out of the first mystery bag.
"This guy" is Teddy Roosevelt. Leader of the Rough Riders, Creator of the National Parks system and oh yea former President of the United States of America.

Nice Liquid Blue btw!
Thanks!
First "this guy" looks kinda like Robin Williams Night Museum Teddy Roosevelt.
That panda shirt you are wearing is sweet
Haha I like it a lot. I actually have a short sleeve of it too 😆
The one t-shirt - some random guy - was President Teddy Roosevelt.
Kool-Aid grin 😁 . I can't wait to see this video.
😁
I’d pick up a bunch of the bags. You might find something really good.
The shirt with the guy in the hat is probably President Teddy Roosevelt rough rider.
The random guy with glasses and hunting hat on the tee is Theodore Roosevelt.
Those grab bag shirt were the cleanest thrift shirts I think I've ever seen. Lol.
Yeah there were some clean ones 💯
That Bulls Rap style tee 👀 🔥 just paid for whatever you spent in that store plus lunch and about 5 bucks on ⛽..🤣🤣🤣🤣 no but that was a great score 👌🏽👍🏾😎🙌🏽 thanks for sharing
💯 that tee is 🔥. Couldn’t believe that pull.
I really enjoyed the grab bag video keep it up
Get more!😀

Love the grab bags!
😎👍
I would pay $20 for the Teddy Roosevelt (the "random guy" with the round glasses). It is very cool but you probably already donated the shirt.
I'm not that old, but felt like 100 when you didn't know steely Dan lol
I don’t know a lot of bands so it’s all good 😆
❤️❤️❤️the surprise grab bags for $18 you may have over $100 or more 👏👏👏👍that was fun and donate too😊👍👍✌️
Not a bad turn over haha
👍
The childrens T shirts and the Boy Scout t shirts may be profitable if you lot the similar ones up together….
Isn't that Panama Jack in the 1st mystery bag tee?
I agree, it’s Panama Jack!
Is that hang loose tee from mystery bag vintage? If so that's $25 or more
Was that a Habitat Restore next to the first Goodwill? You might want to check it out. I found some toner ink for $12 that I flipped for $140. They have more than building materials.
Yeah it is. I stop in in every so often. Never had a huge score from it yet. But I’ve made a few small pick ups.
Those stores vary greatly. Some are mostly building materials. I've found some good stuff. (Including building materials)
Steely Dan has great music!! Check their music.
👍👍
I'm gonna do it! I love discovering new music styles...music is food for the soul.
Grab bags were fun. I would enjoy seeing more of those type videos. I'm 72 and loved Steely Dan, check him out!
I think the first short that you didn't know who the guy was is supposed to be Theodore Roosevelt.
steely dan is dope lol
Pick up more bags!
Where do you sell your stuff?
Me too, 😁😁😁
I was referring to the fact that he didn’t know who Steely Dan was
Quote of the year "DON'T REALLY KNOW WHO STEELY DAN IS" Lol, I almost peed my pants.
Teddy Roosevelt is that guy
What size is Miguel’s Pizza? I’m interested!

I just sold one of the Gargoyle figures for $25. I was surprised. FYI, That guy is Teddy Roosevelt. I think that shirt is put out by Wild Tribute, part of the profits go to the National Park System I believe.
Nice 😎. The nostalgia is there for a lot of people.
@@ReadySetResell For sure. I love selling old toys for that reason alone. Great memories.
