I am going to have to choose the Mustang. I have owned three and I just think out of the box they have such an amazing exhaust note. Modded they are fantastic. Just love the Mustang. I agree with you the Camaro is a beautiful car and has its advantages. But, for me it's the Mustang. Great job on the mods you have made to both. Maybe aftermarket Recaro seats in the Camaro.
I think the rear of the ZL1 1LE looks fantastic, especially the (new for 2019) taillights.
Both are great and show its great time for car lovers. But I would daily the Mustang GT 350.

I'm biased towards to GT350 because I own a Mustang myself and have driven a GT350 but not a ZL1. But respect both cars. But the real winner is...YOU because you get to enjoy both whenever you want, and that's the real win. LOL. 😎.

I watched this a couple of days ago and wrote a comment but I was thinking about something you said in your video about the steering on the GT 350. I do not know the mechanics behind it, but I have the "Electrical Assist" steering also vs hydraulic. It truly is phenomenal and does so much in a variety of driving conditions. Kudos to Ford for this innovative idea. My Ford is an automatic and when I first put it in "S" (Sport Mode), it felt like it got a little "squirrelly" on me, but it somehow "corrected" itself and never lost any RPM's. The "EPAS" is a good thing in my opinion. And yes, you are correct about the seats.
I own a zl1 manual 2019 but I choose the mustang as a daily driver tbh
the reason I went with the zl1 is because I fell in love with how it feels and how the inside view so I know why majority of people would hate the camaro.

I feel like if the 19 year ZL1 had the rear look of the 16-18, it would be perfect. Still a gorgeous car nonetheless! I always assumed they were super comfortable (they do look like it) even though they’re track focused, but it makes sense for it be a lot more stiff and rigid!
The S550 mustangs also really are eyecatching, especially the GT350s. I still get excited when I see one lol. Phenomenal performance and just such an all around incredible car. It’s funny I guessed the GT350 would be less comfortable but it’s cool to know that it’s not!
There’s no way I could choose one or the other either, both are such amazing cars. Great video as always:)
I like the rear for the 19 over the 17-18 simply because the bumper changed as made it a bit more aggressive..It's still okay for me..but a change from before lol. The 1LE DSSV is amazing on the track..but it's not like the maganaride on the ZL1 or GT350. The GT350 is an overall street car that you can track...so the feel on the street is really good for comfort. Both amazing in their own way.

I would say the GT350, as you have a lot of history with this car.
History I do have..but that doesn't make one better than the other when talking about performance, pros and cons. I enjoy both. But the history with my GT350 is strong ;)

That is very very true..so for reasons other than feeling and history..both offer the performance I need and the looks. But yes, the GT350 started it all and it's almost all done. I cannot wait.
There is no following for any other car like there is the Mustang I have three of them a 68 fastback a 94 cobra and a 2018 and I love them all keep up the great work my friend

I'm 6'7" and I have enough headroom in my SS 1LE even with a helmet on. Knee room is tight, but I added a custom 2" steering wheel extension and that made all the difference I needed.
It helps when you can lower the seat all the way...if I do that, I can't see out the car lol. But that's good you found a solution for the knees.
I'm 6'4 and I love my 2016 shelby gt350. The head room and leg room is awesome. Being comfortable and hearing that exhaust makes my drive to work that much better. I will never sell it.

For the perspective of owning a Camaro now..that is the only win over it. But that is personal, not so much facts of the pros and cons for each. I had a 2013 camaro Zl1 1Le and I loved it. My son has a 2015 Mustang roushe stage 2 and I love it too... although I just purchased a 2016 Porshe Cayman 981 PDK and I think it's funner to drive than the camaro and mustang.
I have always been a Mustang fan so there’s no comparison for me. They both sound really good but the Mustang did sound better to me. Thats a Beautiful Mustang and I would LOVE to have it for the rest of my life right along with my 2006 Ford King Ranch 4X4 that i just bought with only 61,000 miles on it!!!!!!

I love the GT350 much better. The overall design has the right amount of crisp lines that give a nice rugged/tough look. Did you ever have heating/cooled seats? I've learned to love them.

I prefer the Shelby 350 that voodoo engine and the high rpm is amazing .I had the opportunity to drive my friends 350R .I like them both but I have a sweet spot for mustangs 👍

Hai Dollie, Black is my favorite too...Camaro is my favorite too including Corevette, because of Metallic Grey, Matt Black & Chrome finish, Chivrolet from GM has very good model in it's studio,
I have a ZL1 magnetic ride, with 1le parts, all but the aluminum top hats. And its awesome ! I'm a 6,4 255-260 guy, make sure the ZL1 seat is in the low position. The ZL1 is way more car for the same price ! Hopefully the GT500 is a better car, but the new corvette is a game changer !
That's different..lol..the magnetic ride works wonders and makes things better in the comfort department. You think the aluminum top hats would cause an issue with ride quality..I guess not. Good to know. If I move the seat all the way down..I can't see lol. So I'm stuck at that height. Let's see how the GT500 does. Cheers!
For everyday driving I would definitely go with the Shelby and race the ZL1 on weekends or to "play" on the weekends

Hmmm i think i prefer the Mustang because its easier to use and not as harsh as the Camaro and even if both cars have the same amount of upgrades from suspension to exhaust, i feel like the mustang can come on top.
Both are amazing and like you said each car have their goods and bads.

The mustang is easier to drive..on the street due to comfort and at the track..at least in stock form. If all suspension is the same..there is still a figure of more power on the ZL1. That is why in the GT4 class, all the cars are the same in terms of power. Just regulated aero, suspension tuning and driver skill wins that. Thanks for watching!

While your waiting for the C8 Vette to mature, you should consider adding a super sport bike. Here are my top three picks. #1) Aprilla RSV4 RF LE; #2) Ducati Panigale V4R; #3) Yamaha R1M. I ride a Yamaha R1 and a Suzuki GSX-1000. My riding friend has three R1's, a Ducati Panigale 1299R and a track built MV Augusta F3 RC. HIS Daughter just bought a new #1 pick. Not only will your driving skills improve, but your need for speed will be satisfied.
That's a good idea..I have one more car to get before I think of a motorcycle. I'm deathly scared of those sports bike..I've known a few that have fell or passed away. It would likely be a track thing only since I don't trust drivers out there.
Good video thanks. I have a 2019 GT 350 and a 2020 ZL-1 1LE love them both. I’m in the process right now Whipple charging my Mustang. I prefer the Camaro right now. Both are manual transmissions. The Mustang is more comfortable and it does give better driver feedback. The Camaro engine is tip top. I’m taking both to Nurburgring in the next year as Germany opens back up. I’ve. driven it a couple times with a 911 turbo and a Nissan GTR.
I love the Shelby. My first fast car was a mustang 5.0 convertible
And I really love the new body STYLE. Plus I still want the GT 500. Prefer a 2013 to 2014. That give me room to make it mine. Lots of potential. But, for now I love modifying my 2018 EcoBoost.

So the Comaro rids like an antique MBA Jeep. Drove a 44 Ford Jeep to college in 1969 to 71 it was definitely a hard ride with it's short wheel base. Three on the floor + 4 wheel drive and low range. Top end assume 63mph. LOL Upside it go through snow, over broken up ice that was flowing across the road aND through the fields and woods. This was a military surplus Jeep my dad bought right after wwII 6-1 compression.

I would say my favorite is...My Roush f150😂lol just kidding..well it is my favorite but I would say out of the two you own.I would go with the gt350.i like the American muscle car styling to it and sound.I just feel the Camaro is a little too Japanese import for my taste looks wise anyway.
150 is a great choice haha..I actually drive the raptor more than the other two around town. It's just so easy to drive and not worry about the road conditions. GT350 is great!

There's no wrong answer..it depends on the owner and what the car provides..both are great in their own way.
I’m 6’1” 220 and the seat fits me very well. I would go as far to say I find it comfortable. I adjust it to where I’m sitting in the floor basically lol but it puts my head in a good position for space and visibility to answer your question about a taller person. Ride is very harsh on a bumpy road for sure, but that’s where the non 1LE ZL1 shines. If someone wants a daily, definitely don’t get the 1LE version. Same power with a more comfortable ride. You just sacrifice some track performance. Keep up the awesome videos!
Yes. I figured lowering the seat works for taller drivers..I can't..because I can't see out the car haha. 1LE is def not a daily..you can..but I suspect most will get annoyed of the quality of the ride..street wise lol. The maganaride on the ZL1 and the GT350 is very very streetable. Thanks for watching!
I have a hard enough time trying to decide on what mod I want to do next on one car let a lone trying to decide on a car and then a mod... I like GT350, Just love the sound of that voodoo :) Wouldn't turn either down though... A GT350 right now is my ultimate dream car though

The upside to the 350 and R models is the magnaride. Having comfort sport and track helps a ton when the road is shit.
Yup. That's what makes it comfortable on the street without a doubt; however, I can feel the limitation during extreme geometry changes vs the DSSV track suspension on the ZL1. I just have more confidence at higher speed sweeps and sudden changes. There's always a trade off. I still enjoy it.

Great video. Cant go wrong with either car but if I have to pick one it would be the Camaro. Regarding the pilot sports, the new PS4S tire is much better but PSS is still a very good street tire but the Michelin tires including Cup2 tires in general are pressure sensitive and typically they like to run below 32 psi hot pressure or they would get greasy especially on track. but I won’t track a car with street tires, and only with Cup 2 as the street tires get destroyed in one session. A good combo street/track tire is RE71R. They are my favorite tire and hold up and last so long. Give them a try. Mark
Thanks Mark! Yes, both are awesome in their own way. As for the PS4, I agree, better than the PSS. I eventually got the hang of the PSS, but I know I was being limited by them. The Cup2 and the F1 3R tires that both the GT350 and the ZL1 have, are very very similar. The 3R does not get greasy at all..32-34 hot the car grips no matter what all through the session. The drawback is, they don't last as long as the Cup2 tires. I have to look into the RE71R if I run a square set up as they don't offer 325/19. Thanks for watching!

Head room is tight. Even worse with the sunroof. The seats in my old mit 3000 GT were awesome. I could adjust everything on them . I mean everything.

The seats not reclining is annoying lol. I can't imagine with a sunroof being the headroom is super tight. Between the two..the ZL1 1LE gets the most attention. Partly because to the untrained eye..the GT350 looks like any other S550 GT on the street.

Woman.Driven umm if u look at the stats and video the ZL1 1LE is the best on the track for muscles car look it up check the number. Nothing beats it
