Kru Mart teaches a simple but effective punch combination in our Intermediate level Muay Thai class, incorporating attack, defense and a counter combination 🥊
Our Muay Thai classes run every Monday-Saturday at 8am and 3pm, and time is allotted to specifically work on technique in every session. We have classes catered to beginner, intermediate and advanced/fighter levels of practitioner, so whatever your experience you can come and learn the "art of eight limbs" with us!
