A lil tip i picked up from panning/prospecting for when you're doing a gravity separation like you did to get rid of the ash... Add a few drops of a surfactant like jet dry. Really fine gold like pieces of bond wires weigh so little that they cant break the surface tension of the water. They dont even want to get wet much less sink. they'll float right on the surface and you'll end up decanting it right off... Jet dry will drop the surface tension allowing the good stuff to sink... It ain't a lot, but any gold going into waste is too much imo 😏
I think you can do that without icinerating the chips. Powdering->adding HNO3->filtering->adding aqua regia to sediment->filtering->adding Na2S2O5 to filtrate, etc… Maybe you want try that 😎
I reuse my cotton filter over and over. It seems the filter cleans and gets rid of more junk. For me its better when the filter has already been used 2 or 3 times!
I still continue to think the best way is grind the electronics, boil in solvent to remove the organics, filter and dry. Then in sequence, HCl bath, filtering and washing, HNO3 bath, filtering and washing and last aqua regia, filtering, washing, reduction, melt. The end.
Too much water .. When you add metabisulfite to your Aqua regia solution containing a lot of water, the reaction reduces auric ions to metallic gold. However, a larger amount of water can dilute the solution, making the gold precipitation reaction less effective. It's important to maintain a sufficient acid concentration to ensure an effective reaction. If the solution is too diluted, you may consider concentrating it by evaporating some water before adding the metabisulfite.
@@TrinityGoldRecoveryHello, you extracted the gold from these 6 kg of gold fingers, I would like to know how many more grams of gold would give, thank you, from Brazil
How can you tell if the gold is staying in the bucket and not getting rinsed out? Cuz I'm currently rinsing my material and I'm waiting a few minutes everytime I rinse but I was worried that I was losing it so I've been saving all the ash stuff that I've been catching in the coffee filter.

Yes!!! A disent material and a disent result ❤❤❤ thats are the best videos that many want to see !!! Viva la gold !!!
❤️💫😇 Thanks
When adding SM the first time, only gold will drop, not other metals in the chips?

Maybe the waste treatment is a bit easier? Or the grinding part
Fantastic yield. Well done again. Very impressive 👏
That's a good yeild??
2.5g from 900g bga memory chips is pretty 👍

Which one is best method
Dry ashing IC chips or Wet ashing IC chips?
That was amazing!! I been saving up!!
Hello, how many grams did you take from the golden fingers of these 6kg of memories?

How do you do this process without nitric acid?
Hi! Great vids. The last wash in H2SO4, what concentración is it? Thank you
Sulfuric acid is usually 96%-98% concentrated, I dilute the concentrated sulfuric acid with water to remove the borax coating from the gold.
It's a loss bro 6kg ram price in india is 2800 INR per kg means 16800. And u got gold worth 13k.
But you should calculate the gold pin also
@@レトト武田 still in loss or equal. Calculate value of time.
Why don't you do the equation of RAM gold finger.
$50AUD seems pretty expensive, less than half that price in Australia?
Mending dijual mentah drpd ngolah, ram DDR itu klo gak salah 450k x 6 = 2700k.
Diolah jd 2,5g jelas rugi belum biaya oprasional
Why dont drop with de Gold, cristals nitric urea?
Thanks for sharing 👍

Is there any resale value of the circuit boards per kg after ic seperation?
After separating the gold finger and IC chip, the rest of the RAM card can also be sold to recover copper, resin and tin.

I got 500 grams I was gonna process today but its raining. Oh well. Ill just take more laptops apart. I have 55 gallon drums full of laptops!
👍👍👍 멋져요
You are loosing gold, in aqua regia the silver change in nitrate of silver, this cover gold ions.
Very nice video can you say the purpose of the sodium carbonate please.
At 6:10, can you process the leftover? at 6:10 into video
Where can I get these prescription drugs?
You search on google where is the address of your nearest chemical dealers.

There is palladium to recover as well from these types of memory
In ic chips?
