I started the video and couldn't stop. He really knows, authentic and what powerful explanations on everything he was asked. I would love to see more videos, lectures, interviews, etc. I have been doing meditation and the western "yoga" for years and by listening to him I feel the most humble of the beginners, I don't know anything... I would love to have a guru...

Very interesting, and also what seems to me true words! Yes, i would totally agree that meditation is a controled expansion of the "mind". We could also call it a controled expansion of the consciousness, or we could also call it a connection experience. Since i know you have been trying to promote spirituality on a scientific level, i'd like to share some hopefully usefull information: From a neurological point of view what happens in the brain when one experiences an expansion of consciousness is the following: When a person is not doing anything in the outside world and turns towards the inside, then certain regions of the brain activate. It's called the DMN(default mode network). The DMN is responsible for the creation of our bodily ego (the human psyche, the small "i"/me) When the DMN is suppressed, the mind can expand, higher consciousness flows into the vessel(body) and fills it to a fuller extent. This is experienced sometimes as the feeling of "burning" (because from a vibrational point of view consciousness has a very high (hot) vibration.) The DMN may be suppressed by various means like certain drugs, psylobycin, some cactuses, herbs, weed,MDMA,LSD, or of course, the more controled way with the help of meditation. Meditation does this by opening the 7th chakra (visualization+intent). Concentration is indeed necessary, but in my humble opinion (in my own experiences) the expansion of consciousness in the body may happen really quickly, usually shortly after i start meditating. There is no real need for a lenghty time of focused attention. Certain visualization techniques are so powerfull, that shortly after, or during them the consciousness may expand in the body. However, the body (and especially the brain) does need some initial training in order for it to create the neuronal pathways. (It may take some months, or perhaps also just some weeks) After the neuronal pathways are built, the crown chakra may be felt (even physically)easily, it can be opened and closed at will, which as you state in the interview leads to a communication with spirit. (you get ideas, which you can't explain where you have them from, but feel strongly that they are correct.(noesis)). I hope i could be of some use , cheers
    Aim

Hi. Really interesting video. Is it your experience that women benefit from the very focused yogic meditation you described?

Yes, absolutely. Both men and women can benefit from tantric meditation practices. It can provide so many benefits on the physical, energetic, emotional and mental layers and levels.

Very much so. Tantra Yoga, Tantra Massage and Tantra Massage can all be very beneficial for healing from trauma. Often trauma is stored in various layers of our being, not just the physical body. To fully recover from trauma you need to address all layers (physical, energetic, emotional, mental and spiritual). Tantra can help you do that.

concentration is balans, to concentrate on 1 spot makes u look at things 1 at thing at the time.
U need to expand by concentratin one everything to connect with everthing.
THats why hard drugs so bad for a soul , it makes u focus on only one thing at the time.

Hello! The early christian saints in the 4th and 5th century AD, many living in the desert areas were practicing meditation, prayer, fasting and other practices. And in various instances mentioned the "fire" that rises while they pray and meditate, which is exactly the kundalini experience the Yogis of India referred to. Here is one example, read more about the "Sayings of the fathers of the desert" to find out further. Best wishes.

The quote: "Abba Joseph came to Abba Lot and said to him: Father, according to my strength I keep a moderate rule of prayer and fasting, quiet and meditation, and as far as I can I control my imagination; what more must I do?' And the old man rose and held his hands towards the sky so that his fingers
became like flames of fire and he said: 'If you will, you shall become all
      flame."
