The car sitting in an overgrown field and the nice shed in the background makes me shake my head. Please don't tell the seller you've been looking for one like this. About that snake, the movie Ghostbusters had a great line: "I'm not afraid of no snakes."
Hey guys Thank you for speaking with my wife and I a few weeks ago. I’m the guy from Mt Pleasant that’s been in Arizona since the 70’s Again thanks I have been a big fan! And it was great to actually meet you guys.
Wow, what an incredible find! 😲 Finding an abandoned Porsche with snakes inside and then rescuing it from the overgrown field is like something out of a movie. The restoration process is amazing - bringing this sports car back to life after all that time is no small feat! 🚗🐍 Your skill and dedication are truly impressive. Can’t wait to see the finished result! 👏🔥
That cab green cab looked down that little Chevy. Pick up food. Does that black windy little rider that was sitting in the woods? Little green cab. I looked at. I think you should look at try to do stuff. Do that on that truck.
Wyatt, Lance, Christian, just wanted to say my Wife and I love your channel. We'd watch you all no matter what vehicle you save. God Bless! Hope you find the 🐍
Both the Porsche and homecoming truck will be great builds! Make the Porsche great again, sell it to give you the time to secure and pay for the parts to restore your awesome truck! Then look for more old Porsches. Boxters, 911s and Cayennes. UA-camrs love good old Southern guys restoring those icons….
Congratulations on finding your old Blazer Lance! I’m sure there are many of us regretting letting go of a favorite vehicle. Good luck on the rebuild! Thank
Maybe its just American’s but the blokes on this and your other videos all seem to be very genuine nice folk. I really enjoy what you do and seeing the people you meet along the way. Keep them coming 👍
Congratulations on getting your truck back. I have bought one car twice, so I know how something eats at you when you know you shouldn't have let it go.
Should be something of an interesting challenge working through the newer tech in the Porsche. Hope you can bring it back to magnificence. Love your content. Always hoping you guys will be able to score something unique and worthy of a great video!
Fix the P, get it going, clean it, sell it. For that money, go to town on the Blazer. That's a sweet ride, once worked over. Just make it comfortable & reliable, I say. Same height, a good scoot around truck.
My favourite is the Porsche Boxter, you can pick them up relatively cheap over here. I would fumigate it first to get rid of any snakes. I can't believe that Joe Martin himself didn't appear, I loved their series.
I was a tow truck driver from 2000 to 2004 I went and picked up a 78 Chevy van that was going in for a new motor the owner stated he had a few pets inside and opened the back of the van up and that's when I saw he had six rattlesnakes in cages he was concerned that one had escaped. That was the only thing that stuck in my mind during that tow job. I pulled it out on the street and opened the rear doors again and lashed them open and delivered it to the shop. About a week later I went back to that same shop with another car and they said the technician had been bit on the arm that darnd snake had made it's home in the engine bay in the fender well. They called animal control to get it out. Be careful dealing with that Porsche definitely fumigation of that car would be in your best interest IMHO. Keep up the great content. Glad you're not doing those silent 1870s picture show videos because those were definitely at the bottom of your list of must watch content. Since you guys were talking in this video I subscribed again on my new device and dam glad to be seeing you getting back an old friend in your blazer. My vote is seeing that making it's return to the reliable fleet of your going to town rigs. After a good fumigation process and you know there's nothing left in it then tackling the Porsche knowing a snake has lived in the back of your minds rent free just seems like a better direction to go... I look forward to the rest of the story. Stay safe and get to work on your old ride. Thanks for this video enjoyed the content.
"i kept the bike in my living room for a couple of years" - you are either single, or your wife is a keeper... across the pond, we used to keep our bikes in the house, but that was to stop them being stolen... keep it up boys and girls
Great video, I like the variety. The Blazer is a favorite, I think just bring back the memories and make any changes today that you wanted to do then but never got the chance to do. Thanks for letting us look into your world, it's always fun to watch.
That’s awesome. I love the blazer. I had a chance to buy a 72 2 Wheel Dr. blazer that had the full removable top and I did not buy that is one of my biggest non-purchased regrets
There is another way to get into the frunk. Remove the driver's side front wheel and removed the inner fender liner. Upper right there will be a wire you can find and with a strong tug it will pop the frunk. With this year boxster you have 3 major concerns: 1. If that tiptronic transmission is junk you're probably looking at $5K for a used one; 2. The IMS bearing. Anytime someone is selling a 986 they are inevitably asked "Have you replaced the IMS bearing?" So make sure and get an oil analysis to see if it has started to fail; 3. The rear main seal. If you're going to the do the IMS, you might as well do the rear main seal while you are there. The automatic boxsters are less desirable than the manuals and boxsters made in Zuffenhausen are slightly more desirable to some enthusiasts than the ones made in Finland. The Finnish ones have a "U" in the VIN and the German ones have an "S." There is no difference in quality so if someone is using it to talk down price its almost 100% them using a tactic.
And in reality it is a small % of 986 who had early failure of their IMS bearings. Its notorious because if it DOES fail you've just grenaded your engine. Once you get over 100K you should probably have it changed anyway.
It's hard for me to understand how anyone could just leave a car like that Porsche outside in the weeds like that. But I'm glad that you and your Dad got it.
I'm the one who sent you the link about the early 60s Willy's wagon I came across on marketplace. I know Ohio is long way from Texas 😅 Thought you'd like it.
Excellent Video RESTORE Wyatt :) , Lance :) ,Christina :) also my favorite in 3 ways the first 1 be Chevrolet Blazer got fix the Beep horn must wire in steering wheel rubbing possible, 2 is motorcycle for sure , 3 is Porsche car and so cool !
Hello guys, it is really the most beautiful channel on the UA-cam platform. I love you all, especially my dear father. My greetings to you all. God willing, I will visit you soon. I wish you good health. ❤
You big guys shouldn’t be worried about a little rat snake. Plus the ski is actually lager than the snake not smaller due to all the folds under the scales. Happy to see you work on a Boxster.
Those have a factory hole in the bumper with a screw in hook..likely in the trunk..it's about the size of a silver dollar on the pass side. (20+ year tow operator)
A few years ago I bought a 1969 corvair.. It was a behind the barn find that had been there for 18 years. Upon hauling it home I decided to unload all the treasures that were stored inside [ and there was a lot ] out on the street before putting into the garage.. While cleaning it out a snake came out from under the front seat and slithered out a hole in the floor pan . I looked under the car , he was about 3 foot long Blue Racer. I finished cleaning out the junk , got the car moved around to put it inside and didn't see the snake . Did he go back inside ? , never seen it again..
That's going to take a little love 💕 to get your old truck back to the way you like that bike 🏍 was asum man that's going to great to ride again ,and that Boxster should be fun once you figure it out and clean up nice but it needs a windshield and pop out that dent. Lol 😆 you guys sure find interesting stuff 😄
I just noticed you had short hair while throughout the video then long hair at the end while explaining what happened, must have been a little time between each part . oh I woulda loved to have a Porsche like that myself thanks for the videos

That snake has been living rent free in that car and now in your heads for some time to come
😍😍😍😍👍👍👍👍❤❤😘😘

👍👍👍👍😍😍😍😍👍👍😘😘😘😘😘😘
Don’t get it. Why would ya leave a nice car like that in a field when I see a barn in the back ground. 🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️
I was thinking that too!
I noticed same thing.
Family..its funny he said his daughters would be mad..like they are probably a big part of the reason its been sitting there undriven haha
Mayby the wife said, not in the barn baby.
How do you know that barn is empty? Maybe there are other, nicer thing in there.

Sequel to 🐍 on a Plane: Snakes in a Porche 🤣🤣 That Blazer is cool; you sure don't see those around too often anymore.
Congratulations on finding your old Blazer Lance! I’m sure there are many of us regretting letting go of a favorite vehicle. Good luck on the rebuild! Thank

Respect to you both for placing your hands in the Porsche!
😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍
Get the Porsche up and running and build that blazer up
😘😘😘😘😘😘😍😍😍😍😍😍😘😘😘😘😘😘💕💕
Mice get in the car--->Snake goes in the car to eat the mice--->Mice are gone--->Snake leaves. Even a city boy knows that snakes go where the food is.
Congratulations on getting your truck back. I have bought one car twice, so I know how something eats at you when you know you shouldn't have let it go.
That Porsche is cool, but the bike was just awesome. Glad to see that work of art will be out on the road again where it belongs. 🙂
Should be something of an interesting challenge working through the newer tech in the Porsche. Hope you can bring it back to magnificence. Love your content. Always hoping you guys will be able to score something unique and worthy of a great video!

👍👍❤❤💕💕💕💕😘😘
That’s quite a nice 986 Boxster and it doesn’t deserve to be left there. Cars are not meant to sit, they’re meant to be used.
😘😘😘😘💕💕💕💕💕💕👍👍
Awesome video, thanks guys!!
We appreciate the watch!

FAKE! I never seen an abandon convertible vehicle with such a clean convertible top.
Porsches and VWs. My absolute favorites.
👍👍❤❤😘😘💕💕💕💕💕💕
Agreed it makes no sense with a barn to park this car in afield and let it grow up around it like this
For future reference, "por ·shuh" is the proper pronunciation.
Awesome and outstanding as always. Thanks for sharing and taking us along.
😍😍😍😍😘😘😘😘😘😘💕💕💕💕❤❤

the porch and k5 would be nice to see again. As a former volunteer fireman don't care for motorcycles... seen too many REALLY bad accidents with them.

Literally a tow hook attachment in the trunk that threads into the front bumper once the round access cover is taken off on the passenger side
He didn't have one.
😍😍💕💕💕💕💕💕❤❤❤❤
Honestly the Blazer is what I would do first! Eddie
😘😘😘😘👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
The front trunk button is disabled when you plug a battery to the fuse box post...you have to use the key button to open the trunk
❤❤💕💕😘😘😘😘😍😍👍👍
Like to see you get the Blazer back as a daily driver.
❤❤😍😍😍😍😍😍😘😘💕💕
hi good episode
❤❤😍😍😘😘😘😘💖💖💖💖
here isa brother in Christ who subbed to the channel
❤❤❤
That
Green truck you looked at on that black 1957. That can't happen that you should do. Should I do look at getting that started?
The spider scared me more than the snake
Get the Porsche running and sell it, then build your Blazer!
Its time for å Porschefilm .And this car is objekt most in need taken care of.
😍😍😍😍😘😘😘😘💕💕
Hopefully the Boxster has had the IMS bearing done already.
