    I think this shoulder health might be a good keystone habit that when attended to for not just gymnasts/athletes but everyone in and out of the gym would solve a lot of our weak core problems and other decay/diseases that results from. This is something I’ve been working to build but recently came to terms I really need to commit to the habits that support this kinda health (and not hunchback). 🙏❤️

    May I ask what your thoughts would be on the gymnastics move The Flair? I'm hearing that injuries are pretty much unavoidable during this shoulder movement

      I don’t think they are inherently dangerous! Just need a lot of mobility and physical prep work prior to starting.
