    Chef, is there a particular reason you add the cooking wine at the beginning of your dishes with the garlic/ginger? I've usually seen people put the wine in with the premade sauce... Just wondering, thanks!

    that was amazing. I am hoping to try it out soon. Could you tell me the difference betweent soy sauce and dark soy sauce? I have soy sauce at home that says lite...

    I usually see this recipe made with ginger. If I followed this recipe and decided to add ginger would that mess up the flavor at all?

      SemperFidelisTyrannosaurus I think it would be a good addition & because of the peppers being strong & the heart of the flavor it would be hard to over power them.
