Why you're the best, Dan...you weren't shy asking Joey about the reality of his current situation...especially thought the "would you play for minimum in '24"?...Votto answered by not answering: "I'll let my agent decide if that is viable"...he must not want to play again that bad, then....he seemed not wanting to face the prospect of retiring...Votto was emotional...a very subdued Joey V, which we hardly ever see, in this segment...Good luck, Joey, in whatever happens...I feel strongly you will be part of MLB in some role (gut feel).
