You mention feeling anxious when you have things to do. Then another video, you mentioned being productive. Did you have it instilled in you that your purpose is to be productive. Don't answer me, but it's a question, is there a correlation? Humans are programmable, comments, thoughts constantly reinforced through home, society etc. can program our minds to what makes the person. Which with ADD, do you feel like you might forget something?
It's kind of like the dreams of showing up nude in class at school has a correlation. Answer yourself if you've had such dreams. Then the feeling you need to be attractive to value yourself?

Karen is very religious? That's good. In one show you mentioned going to church. Which like in the movie The Craft, an experienced witch told these teen witch that she takes the spirit the wrong way.
