I've had all kinds of problems, including stress, anxiety, sleep apnea, and so on and so on for many many years. When I accepted Jesus Christ as my Savior and started reading bible scripture, I now sleep good and feel great. I am 75, been thru two tours of duty in Vietnam, and very stressful work, but now I feel great. Try it.

Was just diagnosed with sleep apnea! Also high blood pressure when all my life I’ve had low blood pressure due to my hypothyroidism, but my thyroid meds were just changed to natural thyroid. 2 years of 3 hour sleep awake for 5-6 barely able to sleep! I’m a walking zombie, a barely able to walk now! I’m so over this, I really am!

I have done every single thing there is under the sun. I have read everything I have done everything to the t. Nothing is working. I have been on sleep med for almost 16 years. I try to take as little as I can. I’m in the dark nothings on no computers no lights. We’ve been doing this for a while and nothing absolutely nothing works. I’ve been to sleep study. I wish there was a real answer for me. I’m sure there are other people out there like me, I follow the sleep doctor. I sleep with the frozen bottles on the sides of my hips, so I’m not hot. It’s ridiculous as soon as I started menopause it’s been downhill for sleep. I exercise every day. I’m so frustrated I could spit.

Not everyone who sleeps next their phone is scrolling or looking at the screen. I never go to bed before midnight or maybe 1/2am but I still get an avg of 9 hrs of sleep a night. Many Artists & Creatives are true night owls. I also listen to Solfeggio on my phone while I sleep & do guided meditations when I wake up before I get out of bed. So my phone will stay by my bed. I’m tired of people insisting everyone is the same.

Yes, I've had 3 spinal surgeries and loads of scar tissue as a result. The 1st fusion was catastrophic as the "Kage" collapsed 4 weeks post surgery. This, of course, meant I needed emergency surgery to remove all the titanium. It took 2 senior surgeons 1.5 hours to remove and replace with bigger screws. The result was severe damage to surrounding nerves. Sleep is something is pretty elusive when you're in pain. I wish these experts would deal with this problem. Not sleeping until midnight is fine. Especially if the subject sleeps every night at midnight for 7-8 hours. Same result as someone sleeping between 10 and 6... The sleep cycles adjust for the daily chosen times.... There's nothing special about any time-frame for sleep as long as it is nightly and long enough to complete the sleep cycles. (And you dim the lights and blue light a few hours before bed).

    • @suzananda
      @suzananda 2 місяці тому

Beware, Cancer likes Acidic CONDITION (in the body) - does NOT mean "Acidic taste food" !!
Your body turn Acidic by stress, unhealthy foods, inflammatory foods (diary, seeds oil, etc) Smoking, chemotherapy, etc ...
So food that "taste acid" doesn't necesseraly turn your body Acid 😊
For example, LEMON doesn't turn your body "acid", in the contrary, it helps to prevent this.
      Apple Vinegar is ok too.

I would find the rife frequency for his type of cancer and do rife therapy. I am a natural health practitioner. That is what I would do. If unfamiliar with rife, it is healing through frequencies. It is quantum physics technology and true medicine.

You could try Dried Barely Green capsules by Green Supreme. I also have cancer and waiting for my product to arrive. I’ve been reading a lot, and came across someone who had used it and it cured his cancer (throughout his body). It won’t hurt, but could help. Best of luck 🤞

The phone is a great sleeping tool. Let it read the Bible for you. Listen to the Word of God. You will fall into sleep. Next night continue from where you think you have already slept.

if we lived in a society where ppl followed the ten commandments
we would feel saver and more relaxed.
if I am fortunate to sleep a straight 6 hrs I feel refreshed and I enjoy my day.

You can tell a suspicous video when it says things like at 1:56: "Insomnia was nonexistent in earlier times when there wasn't a trace of electricity." Think about it, how could you prove or disprove this claim? There is little data on anything medical in 19th century and before and the absence of data does not prove it did not exist. So how could you say that? No one who has enough intelligence and good intentions with you would ever say such thing.

Take magnesium when you go to bed. I take 500mg at night. Any form except citrate because it may give you loose stools. Also GABA at bedtime will relax you. 500 mg is good. Both are natural supplements and are inexpensive. You can get them at a health store.

A weighted blanket did it for me. For the past 4 years I’ve been sleeping soundly under my 7 kilo weighted blanket (10% of my body weight). Try it.
