我有一个问题: The way Chinese is used in this song, is it common to use these structures in speach? Or will it sound like you copied sentences from a song? :p
I guess it depends on the song. This particular song is pretty simple in lyrics, so they sound like normal speech. I'm not sure what your Chinese level is, but I'll give you an example of a highly poetic song - 飞鸟和蝉。Another thing to keep in mind, is that I don't translate these songs for literal accuracy. Instead, I translate for feeling/effect. So you'll still want to look up words you don't know instead of relying on the English.
@@ABChinese Thanks for answering. I was speculating something like this. Some songs also use ancient Chinese, which makes it quite confusing, but also interesting. My level is beginner, so for the song you shared I really needed a translation. It does seem to be based on rhyme more, which is something I haven't heard a lot in Chinese songs before. Hey. Does anyone knows any tips on how to learn to match like naturally without struggling too much the character whith the sound and tones they have? Ith its super hard. Ive read an article but I don't know if I got the topic that I really need and it's huge for me and hard to understand and I get a pain only when I think about it.
