Both the lyrics and melody are so charming and appealing... and i just kept repeating and listening to it, searching the internet for different renditions, etc.. I know some Chinese but not very well, so i really appreciate this video for the beautiful poetic translation into English. It's been a year or more since I discovered this song by the drama Skate Into Love.. One of the dramas bgm that I was eagered to find. It gives me a special and unique feeling. The chorus sounds so nostalgic. A masterpiece indeed..
The "road'' that lead me here is a cover of this song sung by members of XNine when they were competing on X Fire. The cover is quite different and sounds more like a battle chant. Everyone was in tears both on stage and in the audience. The message seemed quite powerful, and although I couldn't understand a word since I don't speak Chinese, I was quite moved by it. It seems that the spoken section in the cover of the song is not part of the original song played here. This version is more spaced and calm, less moving maybe but as poetic.

The "road'' that lead me here is a cover of this song sung by members of XNine when they were competing on X Fire. The cover is quite different and sounds more like a battle chant. Everyone was in tears both on stage and in the audience. The message seemed quite powerful, and although I couldn't understand a word since I don't speak Chinese, I was quite moved by it. It seems that the spoken section in the cover of the song is not part of the original song played here. This version is more spaced and calm, less moving maybe but as poetic.
