@@Ellencorner1512 Exactly what my problem is, well, my nose is pretty much always stuffed... I'm glad I stumbled on this video, even though it's sponsored by Jimmy. We will have to look into these dust mites and effective cleaners. Huh?
I dont even want to imagine a matress from the 1700s when they didnt even have matress protectors with anti-microb and water proofing...which can be washed weekly and sanitized.
It doesn't matter though. What matters is how much dust and dander you remove from your furniture. It's much easier to pull the vacuum than try to push it against the bed sheet. You can use it either direction and it's pretty good at pickup.
This review is SUPER bias because he used the Jimmy vacuum first and ran it over the bed before the Dyson. He didn't even show the vacuuming vs the dyson.
I probably could have run the Dyson over half the bed first, but I didn't think about it. I think the Dyson is a great vacuum, but the JV35 is specialized, and a lot faster on a big mattress.
You definitely could. I use a washable mattress cover, but tbh, I'm a bit lazy and tend to ignore it because it's got a rubberized underside and I can't dry it in the dryer very easily.
Check out the new, cheaper BX5! ua-cam.com/video/GQSnVHdrJIg/v-deo.html
Good thing I vacuum my mattress when I clean my sheets
I do it now...
How the suction? I purchased one but the turquoise version and it seems to just vibrate more than vacuuming
but do you use your regular house vaccum or the jimmy because if your not using the jimmy your just putting dust and dirt back on to your bed anyways
I've always vacuumed my mattress. Amazing what gets picked up
I’ve been lazy. I was pretty surprised tbh
Come one.. it needs a huge UV bulb and prolonged exposure for the uv light to do something..
Thank you for letting me know to tape a UV lamp and a hair dryer to my vacuum turbo brush lol😂
I think the price is pretty fair too ..How about that a company who isn’t trying to empty your pockets…I hope they sell a million or more.😊
Jimmy JV35 or Jimmy BX7 Pro?? Which one is better??
JV35 has the hot air feature. However, they both have pretty equivalent performance, so I'd pick based on your budget. They're both pretty good imho.
Do they live in couches too??
Mainly beds because we spend 1/3 of our time there, but they can live in couches.
thats very cool nice review
Glad you enjoyed it
Thanks for your review. 10/10 good video!!
Hope you will continue to use JIMMY JV35
Yes - it’s been really good!
Hello, thanks for the video! Did you try also wet extraction devices instead of this one? I wonder if its more effective
I didn't know there are wet vacs for mattress. Wouldn't they run the risk of not drying properly? I don't think mattresses are desgined to get wet?
Mites love humidity and a wet environment @@vacuumnerds
It's worse, the humidity helps them to proliferate and eggs to hatch
I have it and it’s amazing I got cured of my allergies literally by 90%
That's great that it's working for you
Is your allergy clear now? I got blocked nose literally every night

This comment is too deep! 🤣
In fairness, didn't you use the smaller one AFTER you vacuumed? lol
No I didn't actually. The JV35 is MUCH faster.
@@vacuumnerdsLooks that way in the video. Unless you used the smaller one on a different day in the same clothes and have mad editing skills.
I need one
It will be on sale during Amazon Prime Day Oct 8-9. Come back and check the link then.
Didn’t see the UV light but I still want one
There are 2 switches on the bottom that need to be depressed for the UV light to turn on. It's designed to protect your eyes.
@@vacuumnerds love it
@@vacuumnerds Thanks for your kind explanation!!
You’re smarter than me!
Smarter than me too!
Ooh I like that.😊
Thank you for your comment!!!
You're using the vacuum backward... compared to the actual direction of the rollers inside the vacuum.

I think you need a new brand of it Jimmy discontinue most of them models Morse would be your best option probably isn't open for you yet
In North America Jimmy has 2 models. This JV35, and the BX5. I'll post a video on the BX5 this Sunday.
We will have new models! BX6 Lite and BX8. Stay tuned please~~

Wouldn't it be more efficient to get an allergy dust mite cover for your bed and pillows?
You definitely could. I use a washable mattress cover, but tbh, I'm a bit lazy and tend to ignore it because it's got a rubberized underside and I can't dry it in the dryer very easily.
