This guy is brilliant. I watch what the other celebrity chefs prepare and, 99% of the time, think to myself, "What are you playing at?" Yotam, by contrast, takes simple ingredients and makes them really work without seeming to feel like he has to over-complicate things in order to show off. It's real no bullshit stuff. I don't even need to try most of the stuff to know just how good it is. (And Tunisia looks cool!)
