Killer4Life210 I personally haven’t had one yet but I hear the steering servo Is twitchy And the shocks are not that good. Those things will be very easy to fix depends how much it is?

I had a problem after i made it rwd, when i turn the front, it doesn't go back to straight when i stop turning, and it get stuck in the turning position. My body isnt to low, so im kind of confused
I did a video on how to fix the steering on it. But to be honest with you I think the plastic linkage in there as a metal peace that acts like a spring and pushes it back to center it just popped out of it you have to take it apart and pop it back in
With the drive train thing for some reason the body can’t come apart. I don’t know why. I’m trying to make mine RWD. Is there a way you can help me out?
You have to buy a cheap $10 soldering iron or if you're really good you can strip enough wire press it on there and hot glue it. its sucks Because there have been cars that came out of the box with those wires loose or disconnected so don't feel bad because they're honestly soldered really cheaply. A lot of guys a literally just got in the car and it would not work out of the box. I'm not the best one to do a soldering tutorial but I did do a video on how to repair the steering on the Jayda actually did a video on my channel.
Also, what’s a good battery to put in here? I don’t know if a bigger battery will shorten motor life, but I can’t afford a hobby grade car. Or maybe, could you link a hobby grade car that’s decent that I could save up for?
It's a brush Motor regardless what battery are using it Only last so long because I just brushed not brushless. The good part is if you buy hobby grade battery and a hobby grade charger later when you upgrade your vehicle you can always use that battery long as you get a good connector that's common for cars. It's completely up to you if you're already on that car it wouldn't cost much to put the battery on it use it for it and then you can save up for 100 car and use the battery already have for it as well so completely up to you

I have the Supra one and it’s the same just different body, I tried taking off the front part to make it rear wheel and it would not come apart... any suggestions what to do?
Honestly I would leave it all wheel drive because the tires that I went through all that trouble to upgrade it's just good for track not drifting. The best thing to do is to remove the front and back bumper to make it look better. Lower it a little bit and then do the bigger battery mode. that's what I recommend look on my channel for the last video I did on this particular car and it will show you all the mods .
You might want to use a screwdriver tip or something to push out the clip. I know some of those clips are harder than others depending which clip you got. My supra and my Mustang have totally different clips and the mustang one was really hard.
Make sure you remove the body then you have the main cover which has four screws and then there will be two screws for the front make sure you don't pull the string wires out and just slide out the driveshaft
I own a lot of hobby grade rc but I have 20 Jada 1/16 cars and I have bought old ones that were FM ones that I upgraded to 2.4 and been wanting to buy that rc but I'm looking for video to Convert to hobby grade
I’ve been looking at some of the drift Rc’s now but I can’t figure out what I want (I want something like 60$ or under for a starter) and I don’t really know what kinda I want or what’s best, anyone got suggestions on what to look into?
You should remove the entire top part I think the screw is under there it’s been a while since I’ve taken apart but I’m thinking of the same we’re just a different body
Rc Cincy thanks a lot I got it and also can u drop a link of some wheels that fit or body’s that they fit also this Quarantine with my son got me back into it lol
There is no new wheels or different rims you mean just comes with the 8 tires the 4 in the box and 4 on the car. I saw this video and i wanted to do to much to it but idk to much about electronics, so i just swapped the rims for a regular hobby grade rims and tires but i had to get new hardware due to them falling off. I also used thread lock to keep them in place it work after time the use wears the thread lock i will make a video about it!!!
I saw this vid a while ago. My cars axle got crushed from being in storage, so I went to fix it. Tried to bend the axle back as best as I could, and since I had a new one on the way, I thought, “why not make it RWD?” Then I remembered where the driveshaft is thanks to this video, and it’s now RWD. Speed for me has dropped a bit, but that’s because of the surface I drove it on. Now that I’ve done this, does anyone know the size of these wheels or tires? I want to get rubber tires, and maybe mod them so they get on the car. Help, please!
if you buy cheap $10 hobby grade rubber wheels will actually fit on there but the problem is he won't be able to dress because I'll have too much crap it'll be more of a track car. Is it the plastic driveshaft or the metal one?

Honestly I'd be hard to get the proper dimensions and then you got to figure out the three cell that it's running it's pretty powerful and you need the motor and I can handle it
You might melt plastic with a stronger motor which will cause the motor to shift and then the gears won't mesh right anymore, if at all. I put a 3s 50C 5000mah battery with a sidewinder 3 on stock motor and it worked for about 6 runs. If I wouldn't have ran it for an hour straight each run, it'd probably still be working

Do u guys think this will be good if i exchange the body for a Honda S2000 with white rims and make it rwd? Also does anyone know where to buy a S2000 body cuz i cant find any on ebay?
That's a weird one 1/12 scale body hard to find anything for it and to be honest with rwd It's not so good until we come up with a tire mod because of traction
No because then you replace the ESC the receiver and the servo and that would just be a lot of work honestly for a toy grade car. Unless you want a project car to work on

When I took out the crank shaft I pulled to hard and took out the yellow and blue wires and now I'm not able to steer how can I fix it ?
It's completely up to you if you're already on that car it wouldn't cost much to put the battery on it use it for it and then you can save up for 100 car and use the battery already have for it as well so completely up to you
@@rccincy awesome, thanks!

I have a question can you take the full wheels and tire I know you can take off the tire but what about the wheel can you?

I have the Supra one and it’s the same just different body, I tried taking off the front part to make it rear wheel and it would not come apart... any suggestions what to do?
go to my channel and i have a few videos on it and mods
Honestly I would leave it all wheel drive because the tires that I went through all that trouble to upgrade it's just good for track not drifting. The best thing to do is to remove the front and back bumper to make it look better. Lower it a little bit and then do the bigger battery mode. that's what I recommend look on my channel for the last video I did on this particular car and it will show you all the mods .
Is it possible to connect a different rc controller (preferably a portionable controller) to the fast and furious car you are showing in the video?
It's not only the controller but the board Has to be able to do proportional as well

Do you recommend any good drift RC cars?
It depends on your budget,,,,

Would u be able to do a video on only the rwd converting please if u could get it back and do it pls
Can you show how to take the hole wheel and rim off
I've done 3 or 4 videos on this just go to my channel
Buddy think of a way to put regular tires on it, so it doesnt slide so much does each wheel have individual screws to change out tires completely
I’ll do another mom video soon. Thanks for stopping by
Very Cool 👍
ty.
i have the orange supra and i cant get the body clips off can you help with that
You might want to use a screwdriver tip or something to push out the clip. I know some of those clips are harder than others depending which clip you got. My supra and my Mustang have totally different clips and the mustang one was really hard.
whats the highest voltage battery should i put in the car?
11.1v I have tested for over two years now with no issues
Y'all know where I could get replacement wheels that will fit
Honestly but not sure when I get replacements unfortunately
Quick question. What’s the difference with it being rwd? Does it make it faster?
The mortor just gives the back all the power
Would I be able to buy a 1/10th s15 shell and use it without any problems?

Would it be possible to swap another 1/10 body onto the chassis?
Nope because it's not 1/10 scale. It's smaller like a 1/12
Dude so for mine the front won't come out for some reason like it moves a bit but won't come out. I took of the nail .
Make sure you remove the body then you have the main cover which has four screws and then there will be two screws for the front make sure you don't pull the string wires out and just slide out the driveshaft

i cant pull the front off of rx7 version i unloose screw its want come out
You should remove the entire top part I think the screw is under there it’s been a while since I’ve taken apart but I’m thinking of the same we’re just a different body

I have the orange and black version of this and I wanted to ask could I replace this motor with an stronger and faster motor if so which motor do u recommend? Pls respond
@@lucky7s94 Honestly I never change the motor or the ESC. All I did is make a connector and connect a 3S 2200 mA 30c battery and it works fine

Do you have any idea where you can get bigger tires and a body so you can switch the car around?
A 1/12 scale body is hard to find, And you might be able to find some hobby grade robbers that you can put on the rims that's about it if you're lucky
hey im having trouble making mine rwd I took out the screw and it wouldn’t come apart and now im at the point where ive put a knife and flat head into it to pry it apart and the side with the actual drive train won’t come apart any advice?
If anyone has the same problem take off the battery cover and it reveals a second screw you have to undo on the new models
4 screws for top cover and 2 for front end and 2 for back end to come a part
there s 2 per side

No because then you replace the ESC the receiver and the servo and that would just be a lot of work honestly for a toy grade car. Unless you want a project car to work on

it would be a lot of work. You don't have to modify it quite a bit for it to fit not impossible but definitely hard
