For example, let's take a vector drawing of rays, which are many long triangles. At some point their thickness will become less than the required minimum line thickness. And also at some point the thickness between the rays will be less than the required minimum spacing. Or for example a design in the engraved linocut style created from lines. How do you prepare and print such a design?
These small details are a-ok! For the fine points on the edges that fall under the minimum there shouldn't be any issues. These requirements are in place for important elements like text to keep it legible. No additional prep is necessary. Now, for negative space you may want to ensure the show through meet minimums as the ink spreads slightly when pressed which may lead to the gap being filled in. We see this commonly with small type on letters like "A, B, D, P, etc" which will fill in. For most designs it does not impact the aesthetics of the final print- Sure a few dimples on the golf ball might fill in, but it still looks like a golf ball.
Great Question! Elasti Prints are specifically made for 100% Polyester. They will apply on blended fabrics, however, organic or cotton fibers shrink, so you may notice some print durability issues on those blended garments. Goof Proof transfers like we use here would be a better, more durable option.

You can cut them yourself, or have them pre-cut for you (for a small additional charge). Just note cut apart or select it within the options step in the online designer. You will need straight lines across the entire sheet (like a grid) to have them cut for you.
@@transferexpress the tan color has changed in the last 6 months and the adhesive coverage has been lacking, so the transfers have been more difficult to apply and stick.
