I 100% agree with Andy Reid at #1 and FOR SURE agree with Stupid-Ass Sean Payton dead last (mostly cuz I can't friggin stand Sean Payton). But to put McConnell in at "Very Good" is a bit of a fanboy stretch. He might be very good, someday, but we haven't really seen that day yet. I'd put him at high "mid" or low "solid" thus far, and hope someday soon he reaches "very good". Some of his crunchtime decisions and clock management, and his win/loss record so far doesn't qualify him for "very good", and I don't think its fair or reasonable to tier rank him based on his potential. We should rank on actual accomplishment, not on "he has all the fixins to be great and so maybe someday he'll be great".
As soon as Zimmer was hired as Dallas' DC I said "I bet McCarthy gets fired mid season and Zimmer becomes head coach". However I also think that Zimmer would be fired after the season as Mike is not the kind of coach that is going to be told what to do, and that doesn't work with Jerry Jones.
Great tiers. I do feel like people are a little high on Josh. EVERYONE knows whats wrong with the Dolphins. And he just doesnt take the steps to fix it. Turn the AC down to below freezing, lock Tua in there, and say he cant go home till he figures it out
Mike McDaniel is legit the funniest coach on this board, and an actual creative genius on offense. That team got burned last year by a checked out Vic Fangio, much like we did with Donashell. Good luck Philly with him! lol

I like Tomlin but his team hasn't done much the last few years, he should be in the good or mid tier.
The fact that Tomlin has been able to stay above .500 every season even when Big Ben was a husk and all the shit QBs since then it's a testament to his coaching. They need to get the QB right.
@@blargy7283 Again, he's been average, he belongs in the good to mid tier, not elite. Elite means his team should be competing for the Super Bowl each year.
