I’m a Store Manager at Sally Beauty! I’m really happy that you’re enjoying the Bond Bar color so far. I think the ash definitely helped even everything out better and it looks so pretty on you. I have natural red under tones in my hair and sometimes it is a pain to keep color from fading so quickly. If you feel like that happens again, Sally’s has an after color sealer you can use as a treatment after rinsing the color out and weekly or monthly as needed to help keep the cuticle closed and the color from fading as fast. It’s my fave!
Does it work with the Ion color brilliance collection? I use the midnight blue/black to cover my copper hair but the red just eats the dye after a few weeks. 😢

They're changing some things with their advertisement as there are no benefits or prebiotic action going on at all. I'd stick with the regular carbonated, natural waters & pass by the gimmicks. The card game called Golf is super awesome. Use a normal deck of playing cards. Quick and easy. You can easily play at coffee shops, parks, etc. It’s long or short as you want to make it. A fun “luck of the draw” card game with a little bit of strategy 🙌🏼 I introduced it to my stubborn German family who doesn’t like change aka they don’t want to learn anything too difficult- and they all love it 😊

Hairstylist here 🙋♀️. Just wanted to pop in here and clarify a hair color myth - permanent color doesn’t stay permanently (it will still fade). It’s called permanent color because it is able to penetrate into the hair shaft deeper and permanently alter the melanin. I would be careful with using permanent color over and over again through the ends because it can cause your ends to become more porous over time and grab the color darker. Also even with 10 volume, it can cause hot roots because it can still open the cuticle. Hopefully this was helpful!

Brown will always have some red or orange or yellow undertones in it (oxidation & sun exposure pulls out the red undertones) Without that richness, darker shades can look like a cheap wig. Dark hair looks so amazing on you, reallt brings out your eyes & makes your skin look bright & clear. Nice!

I’m glad there’s someone else that understands my struggle of achieving the ‘perfect’ brown shade that doesn’t come off red in the sun. I can always find pics of the exact shade of brown that I want but actually getting it myself is something I’m still trying to manage.
My sister struggles with the same thing. The pictures from her son's wedding were taken outside with bright sunlight and her hair looked seriously red in that lighting. And she has brown hair, but colors it at home. I'm picking up tips from Taylor to pass on to her!

I’m glad there’s someone else that understands my struggle of achieving the ‘perfect’ brown shade that doesn’t come off red in the sun. I can always find pics of the exact shade of brown that I want but actually getting it myself is something I’m still trying to manage.
My sister struggles with the same thing. The pictures from her son's wedding were taken outside with bright sunlight and her hair looked seriously red in that lighting. And she has brown hair, but colors it at home. I'm picking up tips from Taylor to pass on to her!
