I have been to Wembley many times and the new Wembley is not a patch on the old one in terms of sound. Old Wembley had speaker stacks the size of tower blocks...but the neighbours complained after Live Aid because the "decibels" shook their windows a mile away. These days they have crumby Bluetooth speakers dotted around the place that sound crap.......sorry dude.
Were they small or were you just very far away?
Actually I was very, very small
Even the bloody screens look tiny from here!
THE BEST
YES
I was there in standing I thought there was a problem with sound couldn't here his voice properly. It seemed his voice was muzzled like.
Ya Brian’s vocals not the strongest, but he still has charisma to spare
I’d be pissed at the guy standing if I was behind him. It’s like come on bro… we’re in the upper deck..take a seat like everyone else. Don’t be that guy.
Bad public no move no love !!!
Angus looks and sounds great!!!⚡
Yes he does!!
This is sad. Angus can barely move.
I think Brian and Angus are the only orig members left? Even if so... seems to work for what it is. AC/DC fans are not ultra picky. We just know we like and roll with the changes. Explains how they can still pack Wembley.
I can not see anything.
Tell me about it, but at least the sound was thumping
You remarked sound was terrible Well who the hell was u listening to??!!!!!!!!!!!!
Sound wasn’t killer, it was terrible! Muddied awful mix, no clarity , could barely hear Brian😢
Ya I feel ya, seems a lot of complaints. Weirdly the top had good sound = many large stacks of hanging speakers…
Brian is stealing a living nowadays.
Killer sound?
Well ya, for a stadium gig + my iPhone 13 accurately picked up the sound where I sat…
Still rocking it , go for it guys .
Godspeed Bon and Malc 🙏🙏
Ya think there’s another album in em???Steve young is really talented for writing lyrics,he played in a band Starfighters in the early 80’s check out the song Power Crazy!!!!!!!!
Hmm, one never knows about more chunes. Thank you for the Steve tip - he certainly is the perfect replacement for Mal, RIP…
"Killer Sound"? How much for those the "Cheap Seats"? Nope! A lot of tinny echo here...
don't see the point of gigs like this when yu pay a fortune and they are dots on the horizon
Agreed in principle, stadiums make for bad concert venues (as do arenas, really). But mammoth HD screens & sound systems compensate, when the songs and musicianship (a la AC/DC) are second to none. Everyone in our ‘nose bleed’ section had an absolute blast!!
@@DJVUK I would have agreed up until last Saturday when I saw green day at the same venue. Not as old and still have loads of energy but the atmosphere was absolutely crazy
That’s exactly it the atmosphere, the sound the buzz, it’s amazing
Green D fab
‘Charged’ atmosphere..!!
I Was There July 7th, great gig, despite the sound of the stadium. Everybody is filming nowadays instead of moving ... sad.
Guilty as charged! TBF was in the seats so not ‘so bad’ but ya, I try to make my concert videos worthwhile
