There were so many other ways Cameron could have made a more intriguing story or scenes than just chase & action scenes of the same, i loved it, but still of all the things one could have done, why choose 1 hr of movie just chasing & fighting...it worked in Avatar 1 at the end, it was awesome. Fell short on touching feelings or more depth, more bonding with family & Eywa

Remember how in the first movie when Jake first occupied his avatar he literally had to learn how to walk and move - and he spent damn near the entire film learning to physically and psychologically connect to his environment? Well the bad General guy literally went from being dead to occupying an avatar, said something along the lines of "We're going full native, boys" and was instantly able to do all the things it took Jake an entire film to learn.

One thing nobody talks about is how the humans were basically able to recreate the process of permanently transferring a human to an avatar body like the Navii's Goddess did to Sully, basically making their Goddess more and more just a planetary computer. Which really makes me think is going to be the end result for the human kid... Also I could have swore Norm's Avatar was killed in the first movie so seeing him in it for the second was a bit strange, unless they were able to grow new ones on the fly and if so why didn't they just do that for tarzan kid, so he wouldn't have to go through the alienation process.

also the navi didnt make sullys body, the RDA made it, spider("the tarzan kid") never had an avatar made for him by the RDA and the fact he refused to go with his fake dad, means the RDA wont make him an avatar any time soon, and the scientists that work with the navi definitely wont make "avatars" and even if they did, the "tarzan" kid is to young, an avatar needs to be made from your DNA, otherwise you wont be able to use it

I’m sorry but the “from the disney sub-brand (6/7)” was my favorite joke in yet another amazing video. This channel & pitch meeting are saving me so much money, bless you! Ok, i’m editing this to say the Ras Trent reference made my day.
Also, is there a blues brothers honest trailer? If not, pretty please?

More like sub-brand 7/8, since Disney also owns Pixar

I do have to admit it was absolutely visually stunning. Just think, this movie is like 99% CGI. Look how real some CGI looks today compared to even just a few years ago. In another decade its going to be insane.

I've seent he Avatar the year it came up, was like "cool graphics" and was later mesmerised there was any hype for it continuing.

Opening line could also be 'James Cameron makes ANOTHER movie about water. First The Abyss, then Titanic, then Avatar, and now Avatar the Sequel', lol.

Beautiful images but lets face it, this isn't what was going to happen after the first movie. Humanity's obvious response would have been orbital bombardment to kill the hostile wildlife and natives while simultaneously busting up the rock so they could mine easier.

Dear James Cameron, you cannot just replace 10% of the dialog with the word BRO and call it a day.
