I read The Coldest Touch since filming this video, so some quick thoughts: 4*'s, great concept and characters, managed to give new twists to several common vampire tropes, as well as a MC perspective that felt quite refreshing - not your typical human meets vampire scenario! Also slightly clarified thought on the Only a Monster bookmark and cover design - before reading the book I thought the character and symbols included in the designs would be really integral, eg. protagonist/love interest/antagonist, and important symbols/items that would really represent the story or be super significant to the plot. The character turned out to be a sidekick/mentor, and the symbol was just their family symbol with seemingly no further meaning. The designs are lovely, and it's nice to be surprised with less obvious choices. It just felt like the main character and 'legendary monster slayer' (from the blurb, not spoilers!) were a little neglected!
I really enjoyed watching you unpack your fairyloot boxes! I do agree with you, I usually don´t know any of the fandoms and haven´t read any of the newer books out there but I can still enjoy well made items. :)
