Does anyone eat any fiber in the workout world? When it comes to diet - understandably - the focus is always protein intake. But what about gut health?
On top of the protein I throw in a few tablespoons of flax meal and about half a liter of unsweetened 1% Kefir each day. Been a considerable change not only if what I feel has been more efficient calorie consumption but also a extreme mood elevation

You're assuming he's doing a pushup, stopping, and doing a pushup. If he did a lot of pushups in a couple minutes. Rested for a couple minutes. And continued that for an hour and 15 minutes it is entirely possible. Especially since he probably started doing a lighter version of this and built himself up. Did the ten pushups with you after half a year of not doing any and at a healthy obese weight of 280lbs. I did it for you, and for the troops. Thanks for having me be part of the video even though it wasn't aimed at me specifically. Actually surprised me that I was able to do ten in a row without a break as I have historically been a wimp with pushups. Ive been looking for an excuse to start amd I hope I just found it.

Yo UA-camrs are a special breed the ability to fully commit to something that’s often hard for just one day is so hard for me personally
You always hear about these "successful" guys getting 3-5 hours of sleep a day. What they massively underestimate is the health value of constantly getting 8-9 hours of sleep a night - repairing tissue, processing memories, destressing effects, and increasing evidence that it protects you from developing neurological issues such as dimentia later in life. Always get your sleep if you want a long and happy life with less risk of disease!!!

Its a rarity but some people have the super sleeper gene that allows their body to function perfectly even with only 3-5 hours of sleep because thats how long humans were technically meant to sleep. It was almost an inhuman feat wolfing down all those calories and absurd quantities of protein, which would make any other person completely sick, and seeing through 2222 pushups, while utterly sleep deprived. As a chef it's impossible to cook consistently on 3 hours sleep, let alone train to that volume as well
@Rafael Acosta Even with PED's one of the most important parts of building muscle is sleep. You build muscle when you rest, weight lifting is what you do to stimulate that process. Chef Rush is just cooking up some hot shit, he doesn't actually do what he says he does.

I've watched several videos critiquing Chef Rush's professed diet and workout regimen, but this is the only one I've watched where someone broke it down and actually did it and provided a narrative. Personally, I don't believe Chef Rush is able to maintain this pace every day. I give you a lot of credit for actually doing it and explaining the hacks you used to make it achievable.

I wake up at 3 or 4 AM every day, even on weekdays. And that's the best thing ever! Tbh, I've never felt so motivated and productive when I woke up later, waking up early really changed my whole life.

When I was 15 , I got locked up... We'd do the one, two, three in a card deck to do push-ups starting at 5 am.
I'm sure there were days I did upwards of 1500 to 2500... but regularly in75 minutes is literally impossible

I first saw you with Coach Greg, I've recently started working out in the gym after loosing 65 lbs by walking and changing up my diet. I hit a stalemate due to life, made some life change ups to allow me more time to work out. Now I'm hitting the gym to build muscle, to up my body's maintenance calories. I heard about your weight-loss story and it is inspiring. Just want to let you know I'll be watching more videos and can't wait to see the content you make!

The fact I was on the floor to do those push ups without hesitation shows how intense Will's stare must truly be
You can tell the chef made this up on the spot when he didn’t claim 22 sets of 22 push-ups, which is a way to bring awareness and still seem grounded in reality and doable by a well-conditioned person daily. Though the reality train already left the station with those macros and sleep schedule.
The funny thing is that chef rush probably (most likely) made this "Routine" up on the spot, and doesn't actually follow his own routine.
