Cash works is OLLLLDD, think originally came out in 2012, and it never had this issue until being officially put into casual

They put the barrier in place, but it isn't set up properly. Presumably they forgot to connect the barrier to the spawn room itself, meaning it has no team affiliation. Also, if that's the case, the barrier should also be visible to blue team as well as red.

SPY SHOULD BE ABLE TO DO THIS
Maybe like an alternate to the sapper or smth that lets you use their spawn cabinets and stuff. It might be too op if your weapons arent disabled in use, or even a few seconds afterward. Maybe make the spy take like status effect damage while in the spawn? I think it's cool and balanced. And it helps diversify the sapper spot (I think it should go there)
