I love to see and hear a two stroke accelerating. The sound performance by increasing the speed changing. These two stroke engines are great, so is still very restored throughout the world.

    Hi,
The sensor wasn't welded, so the first time we've pushed hard, the sensor got loosen .. you're right, after we've fixed the sensor, in full 4th gear load the temperatures were around 580 - 600º .
We have different main jets, 160 and 165, the rear cylinder one is runing richer.
For the Aprilia we use single EGT, we have a dual EGT on our Yamaha RD 500 V4 ( check recent video made ).
    Cheers

Why the rear cyl is richer? So i know two of jetting. First: the rear cyl is hotter thats the reason why have tu be run rucher, second: front cyl is colder, that can burn more fuel, thats an another reason why the front cyl have to be runnig richer... so? :D Another question, which exhaust did you measure? Front or Rear? Because the different jetting makes different temperatures, or need two sensor with a switcher and one display, and you can check them. Sorry for my English!!! :)

it looks too cold?! Whered do you put the sensor? it should be 600-650 celsius at maximum load. Can you tell me more about your EGT assembly? And why you use single EGT sensor? Which exhaust hotter? Different jets on carbs etc... thanks a lot :)
