I agree with Rachel - get a foot rest, it saves your back a bit too. Ankle rolls and pointing toes up and down are a great way to get the blood flowing, I've found. Set reminders in your calendar if you're forgetful like me!
when you get home from work or before work you could lay on the floor and put your legs against the wall so they are at a 90 degree angle, this will get all the blood to flow back to your heart and the centre of your body. hope this helps
Loving this. I have the flexibility of a brick, so am interested to see whether I can move on to a lead bar (which will bend if enough pressure is applied to it...) :-)

Kelly Adams do your feet sit flat on the floor when sat at your desk? If not a footrest will help
