    These were one of the shortest 20 minutes in my life because it was so much fun! The perfect mix of strengthening and relaxing poses. I absolutely loved it, please keep making yoga videos! xxx

    I was always a bit nervous going to a yoga class, so I started off using our videos to do them in my room, alone. I love it! Thanks for posting these! Very helpful and relaxing.

    I went to sleep last night thinking that I wanted to start yoga today and so waking up to this video was the perfect motivation! I would love to see more of this type of yoga, such a beautiful video x

    I love this! I needed this. I'm not by no means over weight but I need to start being more balanced with my body and this routine really makes me feel like I've done good to my body!

    This workout is soo different to what I usually do but I loved every second of it! I would love for you to create a series so I could do them more often, thankyou for this video I feel so lovely and relaxed X

    Love this sequence, I seem to have lost a lot of flexibility since my second baby was born via c-section but doing this everyday for the last week I already feel an improvement. My two year old likes to join in while baby naps and I rarely have time for a longer practice so this is perfect! Can't wait for more xx

    I can’t believe this is almost 4 years old - that means I did it at 16, now I’m almost 21 and this is still my favourite yoga practice! I always feel so good and energised after ❤️

    Hi Madeleine, today I made the decision to finally do something about my weight. I need to lose some weight because I am tired of feeling fat and shitty. Came across your video and decided to try it. What a workout! I hate going to yoga class as I never can keep up and feel self conscious so doing from home is perfect! I am going to do this everyday! Fingers cross!

    I really enjoyed the work out.
    Just wanted to ask one question.
    I have done yoga many times before, but, when ever I lean backwards as I have a neck problem , it makes me feel sick. can you please tell me how I can over come that?
