Hi Brenda. Detox symptoms can be pretty tough & I remember them intensely. Coffee was the hard one for me & it gave me splitting headaches coming off it. Fortunately they only lasted about 3 days. Sugar was another difficult one and you can feel very stressed when refined sugar is taken away. Giving up meat was easy and I felt immediately better & lighter when I stopped eating meat. Dairy was seriously noticeable too. I never get phlegm or throat/chest infections since giving up dairy. Everyone is different though so I can only really tell you about my personal experiences with detox. Let me know if you have any more video ideas. I will make one for detox. Thank you 😊🙏🏻
Hi, I am watching with interest, I am 50 an ex Squaddie so my body has been battered a bit , just been told I have OA in my hips , I am sure I have fibromyalgia but my doctor dosnt acknowledge it exists , I am going to see if I can make myself feel better from un processed foods
Hi there. If u are still experiencing pain / arthritis / fibromyalgia etc then yr body is still too acidic (inflammation), i get depression instead of that (because we are all different). Check out Alice Copilet on You Tube, she is on Trevor ? Channel talking about inflammation, its v good. You could also check out Dr Robert Morse, he is a legend, and also Hilde Larsen ~ both have You Tube channels. Hilde was very sick, bedridden. She has written a few v good books. Hugs xx
