You didn't play those in the middle of the chime tube. You were 1/3 down from top or 2/3 up from bottom.. I want to know about 6" OD chimes and larger. Any help??
Looking for simple 4 tubs but long for deeper or low And your example as you're hitting them are not desirable they keep getting higher and higher That's just not soothing at all

Well tuned you should try striking the chimes at about 22% of length not in the middle where the sound wave is strongest. IMHO
