Just heard the principle of aggregation of small habits and repetitions and I am positively impacted. Looking forward to put this principle to practice.
Thank you. I appreciate your efforts so much. It’s helping me out as a reminder played in the background while I do mundane stuff - helps my ADD. I’m learning to be less easily daunted and scattered by stuff, after only a few days of implementation; especially the 2 minute idea has been excellent.
that compounding improvement is way way too unrealistic. It takes more and more energy/resources to improve 1% the farther down the road. Otherwise, every successful company would be mega huge companies due to consistent improvements. But nope, they always hit a plateau
I am just now hearing about this guy. I can listen to his stuff a hundred times. Success leaves clues. And no it's not necessarily new. Old is always and forever powerful.
You are not clear with your thoughts. Few examples like the British cycling team would not help a person in developing good habits. Contents of this book is really pathetic, very very difficult to understand and implement in normal life. No one is able to summarize the book atomic habits. I have wasted my crucial time to read this bullshit. Very badly written book.
The book is actually very well written. I literally did my own summary on every chapter of the book and I noticed that in some parts it contradicts itself. But those are only few ideas, not the whole book. This book is very straightforward, it uses really good examples, and keep them short.
Motivation comes after starting, not before. Gold

It’s always the same story in all of James Clear videos. The cycling story...over and over and over. 😕
I don't mind that: it's a programme for growth - not an entertainment series.
Listening to his message several times has helped me put it into action.
Repetition is the heartbeat of habits

it's the sales pitch which he rehearsed hundreds of times

@@DGHF Should I write my review based on other people's view about this book?
Anand Goud no, but when everyone says „great“ and 1 out of 1000 says „not great“ than maybe, just maybe u r wrong
