I remember playing this alongside my friend. We agreed to play through it completely blind with only hints coming from each other and holy shit was it difficult but super fun. The hard mode really fucked with me though.

This game came out when I was a kid, and I have spent many many hours on this game. I can 100% this game in what's probably not the fastest time in the world, but I bet it would be at least a competitive time. It's really weird watching someone play this game that has no idea what they're doing

Man the last half hour was unbearable. Complaining so much about health and hearts when he has been to the fairy SEVERAL times and knows the potion lady exists. Also the blue ring is pretty much a must have once you get to level 5. It's like he knows that health won't be dropped but still attempts it over and over without getting health beforehand. Trying the same thing over and over and expecting different results is the definition of insanity!
Beat the game like the old days when you never beat the game and you just gave up
